Laptop Wireless Adaptor

Want to ask about laptop wireless adapter. My house currently on optic connection (100mbps). Currently using ASUS RT-N66U modem which have dual band capability. But my laptop (ASUS N55S) which have Integrated 802.11 b/g/n keeps on disconnecting at random time.

Its connect on either 64mbps or 150mbps wireless and keeps interchange between those two. I guess its the wireless G and wireless N radio wave since the dual band modem.

Any of you guys know how to disable the wireless G and use only wireless N on my laptop? Using only wireless G seems not optimizing the 100mbps internet connection since I only got around 40-50mbps on speedtest. Thanks in advance.
Want to ask about PS3 Online gaming on YES4G network. My friend and me tried to play against each other on FIFA13 PS3 but end up lost connection everytime the game loading. Both of us are on YES4G network. Both signal are good. We both using Huddle XS modem. However, if i try to match up with other friends (on streamyx) it seems no problem at all. Even on random match. Same situation with my friend (YES4G). Is this situation kind a relate to YES network or Playstation Network? Anybody hav solution for this?

Thanks
