Hi all,

I bought a LG TV 2 days ago from a store in Cheras, the moment the workers sent the TV, i realized the TV was repacked into in the original box, the TV looks new but i suspect it was a demo set. It's a smart TV, I went on a check on the help menu and found out the TV has been used for 611 hours.

I mentioned to the salesman repeatedly before buying i don't want a demo set and he reply they will never sell demo or used TV and he said its brand new from store, i felt like being cheated but what can i do?

Your advice is very much appreciated!
