Wireless Broadband On Demand

Ive been looking around this section but couldnt find any, so here goes.

this is my situation, i am currently a streamyx subscriber. im using it when at home and i also have internet connection in the office. the problem is, when i have to travel or outstation, ill bring my laptop with me. but i dont do that alot. maybe once or twice a month. with no internet connection, i end up 'stealing' connection from unsecured networks.

ok, heres what im looking for. is there such thing as on demand wireless broadband? meaning when i have to travel or outstation, then i pay sum fee, for few days eg. for the service. no monthly payment. i think some do provide pay per use service, but still there is a fix monthly charge rite?

any service provider that require you to pay only 1 time activation fee (no activation fee is better), no monthly fee, and fees are pay per use (daily) rate. let say im not using any for a month, so there is no charge for the month.

thanx in advance.
