Received scam call

Received a call this evening and the guy told me that my number has been reported to be misused for many scam activities.
(I have been receiving calls of similar routine that say my number used for xxx illegal activity from courier service/lhdn/etc every once in a while recently and this time they say they call from balai polis and I kinda fell for it because the previous cases happening)

anyway I'll try to summarize:
at first it is some troubleshoot session that sounded like a legit session because he was giving me info like referral number, his name and staff id etc.

but because the reports are made in IPD Bintulu Sarawak and I'm living in Selangor and obviously couldnt make it to make or follow up the report, her offered to redirect the call to a said emergency hotline there.

the person there asked me to google IPD Bintulu and asked me to confirm the info there and he will call from the number shown there.

I then received the call from number (+67086332044), at that point I didn't what +67 meant and thought it is just one of those prefix because following number matched. (this is the point I really fell for it).

At first it felt like a legit routine for making report, and I somehow also gave some personal information like IC number and family status etc.

at some point the report procedure seemed like about to end and he is repeating my info, the topic somehow shifted to their technician finding out that I have another maybank account registered under me and it is being misused by some crime syndicate leader with name I'm hearing for the first time, and that guy started being keen on pinning it on me and asked me to explain why all those evidence points to me yada yada. Only then it broke my trust and finally regaining sanity that this is a scam...

TLDR
As this is the first time this is happening to me so I just want to double confirm anything I should be aware of and take precaution. As mentioned before, I have some personal information like IC number and family status etc. The calls lasted for more than half hour. Tho not sure if will affect or not, I have also changed my bank passwords. (Might visit related banks for more precautions if needed to...)

Also did went to police station just incase but the police just tell me. the call isnt real and be more careful next time. (and if I really got problem they gonna come straight to catch me instead of calling and making chance to escape )

Is there anything else I should take note of? Also just curious how this +67 numbers worked like what they are. quick google say +67 is the country code for Nauru and Christmas Island but that probably is not the right answer i think...?

How do you guys keep laptop mouses if travelling

As topic, curious on how you guys manage your mouse if you will be carrying it around to many place along with your laptop. Many laptop bags don't seem to have a specific pocket for it...

At first I was using the mouse's box but even so sometimes it can still damage my mouse. End up using a tupperware to store them

Cooling pad question

I just bought a cooling pad from Thundermatch (iCute brand cooling pad model ICC20). the description of it says it has adjustable speed. However theres no manual in the box so I am a little confused right now. Anyone now how to set it?

I wanted to ask through thundermatch CS support, but first message I did the bot already reply me with 'You have sent too many messages. Please wait some time and try again.'

How to check mpkj parking saman online?

As topic, how do I check it online? Only just noticed today that theres scraps of the saman on the screen and wiper. Probably didnt notice them because of recent rainy season and I rushed into my car before noticing it... Unable to read the details now because it is very broken now.

Tried googling and got me into links like https://ebayar.mpkj.gov.my/ebayar/public/compaund but entering my carplate number shows nothing and if I enter my IC number it shows a process but nothing happened and it ended quickly like nothing happened without any feedback. I tried testing with a nearby car's number with a few samans on it but result shows that it has not been saman-ed either so I'm kinda lost now and i think i went for wrong method.

Also tried registering an account in MyEG, JPJ shows that theres no saman after entering my IC, PDM shows nth too.
