[HELP] My com Suddenly hangs when streaming video

Since this Monday, i have been having this problem... Every time i stream a video in youtube or any website including facebook, My whole com tends to HANG/LAG. When it happens i can only move my mouse pointer and i cant click any button or push any button's on my keyboard including CTRL-ALT-DELETE ??!!!! why is this happening to me ?? my com is only 3 weeks old.... i tried googling my problem and they say its because of the graphic card's driver problem... but if its the graphic card drivers problem how do i fix it, I am already using the latest Driver for my graphic card...

My COM spec. : Processor : 2nd generation CORE i5-2500k
Mobo : Asus p8p67
RAM : Kingston 4gb hyperX
Graphic Card : Asus EAH5830
PSU : Corsiar GS600
CPU COOLER : CM hyper N520
HDD : 1tb WD cavier Black

I tried Clearing all the internet temperary files, registry, scan for viruses, and defragting my harddisk. And nothing seems to work ???

After waiting for a long time for it to stop hanging/lagging or restarting the comp.... THE SAME THING STILL HAPPENS AGAIN

COULD ANYONE PLS REPLY Me, if u have any ideas that u think it will work.... !!!! I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT....

I want my desktop to run faster and smoother... I am willing to spend below or at RM400 on the upgrade, could anyone pls tell me what hardwares should i get to boost my computer performance...

GRAPHIC CARD : ASUS EAH5830 directCU 1gb DDR5
RAM : 4gb kingston hyper X
PSU : CORSAIR GS600
CPU chipset cooler : Cooler Master Hyper N620
HDD : WD 1tb caviar black
OS : Windows 7 home premium
for the time being i wouldn't want to CROSSFIRE my graphic card... Could anyone pls Suggest some hardware that is within my budget and would improve my computer's performance Thank you...

I Just brought new customized com 1 week ago... and i realize tht my com is getting slower during gaming and windows startup ?? IS it because computer hardware ain't tht good ???
HERE ARE MY SPEC :

IS my com running slow because of my hardware or the fact that i install pirated games . Well the asus mobo has a utility to overclock my com but i scared tht my com will overheated ??? So ANY advice will be greatly appreaciated
