It's a quite big condo. (1400 sq feet).

I just let out one room at RM500+ to a Malay woman. Other rooms are leave empty.
That means the whole unit occupied by her.

The problem is one day, i wan to check out the house. I got inform her, but no exact time.
Find out she use 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. And her rental is late overdue by 15 days at first month

After the visit (800+pm). Around 10pm, she leave a message. Saiding not comfortable for a guy to come to her house without informing her. saya perempuan saja
. Stating maybe wan to leave after paiding me the rental.

Yesterday.i wan to take my thing and inform her before hand. She also lots of reason to stop me from taking. Saya perempuan saja. she use my thing but out of respect, i didn't mention. Now.seeing her pattern...

Just wab to ask, is my action wrong or she is too drama ？should i return her deposit since she give me like. 8 Days notice and rent like 2 months?

Another red flag is when she wan to move, her whole family will help her to move. And i m likely alone.

my mon recommend her relative to install water heater for me, at a RM120 charge

he causes the power to trip. He blame its the water heater problem. ( the water heater is brand new )
