Just would like to check if it is possible to position the aircond as per red box below, or it must be position as per orange box below?

Hi all,

This is for new development serviced apartment by Seri Mutiara Development Sdn Bhd.

The developer is asking from buyers to pay RM450 for TNB connection fee paid on behalf to TNB
and another RM10 for revenue stamp bought on behalf for TNB application.

Personally, I have not been asked to pay for this before, may I know if this is normal?
