What can the developer charged to the JMB?

At my condo, the JMB just formed. After going through the accounts, we noticed that the developer charged the gym equipment to the MO accounts. The condo comes with a fully equipped gym. Can the developer charge MO for the gym equipment?

Anybody has a good recommendation for a workshop with good electrician who can diagnose battery drain issue? My car battery kept draining. A brand new battery will drain empty if car is not driven for a day.

My Wira Gear got problem

need to ask sifu here. my wira auto 1.5 is giving me problem. after i slow down and press on the accelerator, sometimes the gear feels like "tak masuk gear". then when i press a bit more suddenly it jerks forward. don't happen all the time but 1 day sure a few times. is it gearbox rosak? how much to fix?
