Am looking for a rental, preferably a studio for 3 months. Effective July 01, 2014.

Semi furnished is fine. As long as there is aircon and internet, I can do without the rest.

Area does not matter... though it would be nice if the area is atleast reputed to be safe with some conveniences around.

1. Canon Pixma MP258 : Working fine. No issues but needs professional alignment. Had originally put the CISS but did not like the output so switched back to original cartridges. Printer does not have any cartridges now. Scanner also works perfectly. No scratches. Clean and well kept.

2. HP Photosmart 7350: An old model. Was in storage all these years. Just opened it now. Used for less than a month. Excellent quality print. Problem: Printer Cartridge Cradle Stuck issue. Will be ideal for those who can replace or repair the small plastic gear in the printer. Overall printer condition : Excellent and clean. No scratches.

Have got BRAND NEW printer cartridges for the HP 7350. Combo Pack. Cartridge numbers: 56 + 57. With receipt. Ori price: RM 151.00. Selling Price: RM 130.00 FIRM.

Can also be used for swap deal in any HP shop.

Reason for sale: Upgraded to Laser and taking up space.

1. The Tiggo 2.0 (I know this is an SUV and comparing to MPV....but price range is the same and so is the engine)

Am looking for a bunglow, semiD or Link House(Corner unit only) within a budget of 400-500K.

Should be 2400 sqft minimum builtup area with preferably a small garden or even space to put in a swimming pool.

Nearby amenities dont matter, but a mosque should be within walking distance.

Not interested in Cheras area. Any other areas will do as long as it is residential and quiet.

Any of you folks out here who got/know something that is suitable then please let me know.

Something wrong with the "Mark Forums Read" link/command????

Everytime, I select that and come back, there will be astronomical number of pages marked as new posts. 230 pages, 160 pages, 111 pages etc etc.

Also, all the pages will have the same posts repeated over and over again spread over. And some posts will be missing.

Please can you have a look at it.

btw...I like your site but it needs some upgrading.
