            <title>Change house tiles</title>

            <description>Hello everyone,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im about to purchase a house, but the tiles work look horrible.&lt;br /&gt;Its a 1&amp;#39;x1&amp;#39; tiles and have very large cement gap in between , makes the house look cheap from inside.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I like tiles without gaps. Gapless tiles looks good and clean right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before install the new tiles, I need to demolish the existing one.&lt;br /&gt;my question is? how much the cost for labour to demolish and to install tiles?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Affecting areas is about 600 sft. Please advice, i dont want to be over quote..&lt;br /&gt;I got cheated my a contractor before, that is why im very carefull now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
