Bank Loan Reducing following Bank Negara Interest

In the last 3 years, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) have revised the interest rates which typically had been going down. As such, banks will recalculate and inform the customer on their revised installment which have reduced. I have in another bank loan receiving such notifications and lowered revisions.

However I have a Maybank loan and I have not had any such notifications and revision in the last 3 years until now. Questioned them and their Center say they admitted they have not notified the customers and possibly have revised in the system. My question is possibly? not notifying the customer? My concern is that if they have had the reduced revision, I could have paid more on the installment thus probably also reducing the tenure a bit no matter what amount it is. Also on another hand, if it was not revised, the bank is simply making additional money on me.

Anyone have experienced such bad service and this could be cheating to the customer.

Multiple SIM for iPhone

Anyone know if there's any workable gadget out there that enables your iPhone (5 or 6) to have Multiple SIM? I've seen in the website there are some device that can allow you to put 2-3 SIMs to the casing and connecting to the SIM slot in the iPhone.

All the SIMS is active simultaneously and allows you to select which SIM to use when you are making a call/sms or for data. It just operates like those phones where they have 2 SIM slots.

Hi All,

Does anyone know how I can restore notes in iPhone. I have accidentally sync with outlook empty notes folder and it has deleted all my notes in iPhone. Unfortunately, I've not backed it up and also stored in iCloud so I can't restore to my latest data.

I've seen from websites there are recovery applications such as Dr Fone for IOS, EaseUS and others but they charge a hefty USD69 to purchase such applications.

Does anyone have such recovery application to recover my notes or undelete the notes from my outlook folder? Basically I want to retrieve back my notes which is important to me.

ps : Didn't see any of such topic on iPhone so I'm opening up this topic. Will appreciate good suggestions.

Real Property Gain Tax

Everyone,

Please kindly advice on the Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT). I understand that the government ruling is that there is no maximum number of years for RPGT. Which means that irrespective how long or how short period you owned the property, you will be subjected to RPGT as you sell your property. Is this correct? If so, is the RPGT still stands at 5%?

Hi Everyone,

To start of this topic of Casa Kiara 1 condo, would like to ask for feedback/comments regards to this. I will be a potential owner of a unit in this apartment and I'm wondering if how good is the "rentability" of this? If so, what is the price to rent out and does it have to be necessarily be partial/fully furnished in order to rent out?

Picking up Boss/Colleagues in my car

Everyone,

Just like to seek some opinion on when picking up your Boss/Colleagues in your car? I am in sales and have many years of experience and worked for many different companies (local and MNCs) and I now work for a Korean company. I usually drive a lot to attend customer meetings and of course sometimes I have to go with my Boss/colleagues together. I get to claim for mileage or any travelling cost when I drive my own car for business purposes. I have questions on this scenarios below and would seek everyone's comment/advice on your thoughts here. This scenarios mostly is when my Boss/important HQ colleagues are here(The normal level foreign colleagues do not do this). I have my own thougts about this but just like to gather some comment/advice on this.

1) When picking up your Boss and an important HQ colleague(so total 2 passengers), both of them automatically seats behind and leave you to drive. What is your thought on this? Is this normal or otherwise? (They come from Korea, a part of Asia).

2) You live in PJ and your office is in Mid Valley and your Boss/important HQ colleagues live in a hotel in KL city. However, you will need to go Putrajaya for a 10am meeting the next day. Your colleague ask you to pick them up the next day in the hotel to go Putrajaya. What do you do? Would you feel any otherwise?

3) After a meeting, it is expected that you drive your car to main entrance/lobby area to pick your Boss/important HQ colleague. What do you think?
