how to get owner detail of property? went to pkns jabatan kemajuan and mpk. cant get information. finally get to know developer who build there through a lawyer. tomorrow going the firm straight to developer place. the 2 lot of the factory is more than 20 years and its empty and left so long. if still no information, will plan to go jupem and hasil tanah. do we need to give kopi o money to get information? sry asking just helping my mom so save time thx all sifu. pls enligthen me .

hi all sifu2...pls advice me...my networking is not big enuff just started my career...so usually hang out with friens we talk about economy..sometimes i donno to believe or not or they just blow the news to make it like our economy is fuck up...1 of my frien say toyota tis year oly make 2000 car like omg so serious..make me telling my dad to on hold 1st...we plan to aquire new machine for machining more than 200k..we at engineering field...is this a good time to do that thx..

4gb ram
nvidia gt220
power supply 300w
motherboard not very sure

if i wan to play gw2, i need to upgrade my gc,ram and powersupply...can someone kindly advice what type of brand should i upgrade....my budget is rm1200 if have to topup abit i don mind.....i plan to upgrade 8gb ram and gc and powersupply....is my budget enuff?

hi....yesterday i register at http://www.unifi.ws/index.php/our-office to apply for unifi........and 2day afternoon after my class finish...i pass through tmpoint to my workplace...so i go ask c my place got under unifi coverage or not....after check with the staff...she say no coverage yet available in my place.....so 8.30pm just now i receive a sms from 0173261811 ask for my cross ic for proceed install unifi on XXXaug......so i decide to come lowyat to seek advice from sifus....is this auhorist tm dealer? thx

p/s: tmpoint staff say no coverage but this ppl who sms me say got....i confuse pls help me clarify thx....

1st of all sry for my poor england......donno if im kepo or what but i like to help my sister problem becoz she is kinda confuse and cant think of any better than asking at lowyat cupid corner. This is my sister 1st time having a relationship..so basically tis bf of my sister does not dare to come inside house when fetch my sister. He either hon hon or ding dong the bell for my sister to come out...this pissed off my father...plus 1 day when my father joging finish wanna to ring the bell coz forget bring key....my father saw my sis bf....and guess what he did is he pretend like dint see my father and smoking somemore.....tis bring a fuss to my family zzzzzzzzzzzz and he did tell my sister that his family member doest like my sister.....so my father keep insisting that tis guy is playing with my sis...telling my sis to break up with tis type of man......so erm....what actually is tis guy thinking....what advice should i tell my sister....thx all.

hi all, donno if i got post wrong section.....my sister got a scar at her mouth that is quite obvious since she is small..but then our financial are not good...now our situation become good dy...my mom ask me to search information on where to do plastic surgery......coz my dad and mom very regret and sad coz my sister got a scar that she quite uncomfortable and her friends are laughing and run from her even her upper head also look down on her.....i wan to ask if anyone know is US plastic surgery good?anywhere other than US..... and how much izzit cost....does rm50k enuff for the surgery + reside at there till recover......sry for my poor english thx....

hi everyone....last time i got post a topic regarding a ptpk study at M.I.T academy.....tis kolej seem like a scam kolej coz teacher there are filipine and enviroment study there really worst...not at the standard of ptpk study lvl for sure.....so i pull out....since 5-6 of my friens stopping and....i go ptpk personally and cancel the loan everything....the lady there tell me everything is ok now since i send a letter and cancel the loan......now here is the problem....i just receive a contract from ptpk 2day after my mom told me got letter...i like wtf.....rm18k contract.....now i study diploma mec eng at other kolej liao...so guys and girls and sifu how to solve tis kes.....how come ptpk let the payment went through since i canceled....they makan rasuah? pls advice me coz i want to settle 2morow or monday but no idea what to do

im looking for a college that offer part time study for mechatronic , so i found 1 tat is M.I.T academy at kota kemuning which my sister friend hear from radio , it was my mistake before register i should go and look study enviroment but im excited coz can study dy , there are few classroom air-con no gas and smelly even the chair also got problem...but nvm i don complain much...my class got 22 ppl....now left 8 coz alot problem...the teacher are not PROFESSIONAL(from indon, filip)...konon nak sharpen our english....... btw we are skm lvl 2 student

Here is my problem...i learn nothing much on electronic stuff plus my friens all quited so i QUIT as well....and i cancelled the ptpk loan by myself last thursday coz i don wan pinjam byk2 duit nanti bayar macam org gila ...and 2day they kolej ask me 2 pay rm 68xx.....i like wtf haizzz

im seeking advice ...what should i do now....coz i really don wan pay for nth...pls advice me thx alot
