Warranty claim for mercedes by cycle and carriage

Hi everyone. Need opinion.

Yesterday my relative got involved in an accident with a mercedes clk 240(2004).

It is my relatives fault. No argument.

Normally the victim will claim from my relatives insurance 100% correct?

But in her situation, the merc owner insist on repairing the car at cycle and carriage (merc authorized dealer/workshop).

The problem here, for insurance claim for my relative car insurance. Merc owner claimed cycle and carriage can only claim 60% of total cost repaired. And the rest must be pay cash for the car to be release from workshop.

Anyone here got similar experience.

Thanks

need help, mod my car

Hello everyone. coming soon I gonna get my new saga 1.6 manual red( taxi edition). as we all know, the car is super basic, except for the engine campro iafm 1.6.
so currently i need help, opinion from you guys on what to do to make it better. I have so called my wish list:

Rim and wheels - what size and brand. is 15' ok?
coloring the car - white preferable .
bodykit and skirting - cheap one

any mod. that won't break the warranty( engine and gear box especially) to make it better in terms of performance..

if possible, you guys can put the price of the item together

also, i wanna ask if i wanna change my rear break from drum type to disk break one. is that possible?

any comment from you guys is most welcome as i am entirely new to this modding a car.

the old waja (cps)

Hi guys. currently i'm looking to buy a 'new' car. since latter there's been quite fuss bout the upcoming waja lancer. so I've been keeping tab with the old waja. btw, from what i read, the car is not that bad.

1.6 cps, xenon headlight, spacious, old looking style maybe but the price for the manual one i check this morning is unbelievable. 56,888 RMY.

so how's that for a waja. so guys need your opinion here bout the car.

p/s: also looking into the saga 1.6 manual( taxi version). quite cheap to me at 39000 RMY. any comment?

why should i work with tnb?

Hi. I'm newbie here. I've been reading all the thread available but still couldn't sum up the best reason to work with tnb.

so anybody kind enough to share with me the experience, working as an engineer with tnb.

cause I've already heard that somehow in 2015 tnb will not hold the authority in the transmission and distribution department. so this rumor really smack me in the face.
