Charging macbook

Would like to know that it is normal after charging the macbook for few hours but the battery level only showing 99% not 100%?

making backup for OS and files

Currently I have 2 hard disk.Is there a way to make backup for window and files to another hard disk because I am trying to delete some files but afraid that my window will crash.
