Connect Samsung curved dual-monitor to laptop

Guys, how to connect this dual monitor to my laptop HDMI port? Do i need hdmi adapter? Monitor model spec is normal not the one with IPS wide angle that support daisy chain. Comes with HDMI/VGA
Any cheap but quality way to connect that?

Any idea?

TM Innacom Wireless N ADSL2+ modem 1483 bridge mode > DDWRT Wireless router > users either connected using Wifi/LAN

the setup is like that, i can see the WAN ip from the Status page inside the Wireless router but i can't access to the internet. Looks no routable to WWW
DNS using the 1.9.1.9/8.8.8.8/202.188.0.133

From the browser returned error like this dns_probe_finished_no_internet.

Do you have any idea?

Anyone facing this issue before? suddenly my macbook can't detect the wireless signal and i'm suspected the airport card problem. Where can i find this part? already open by myself just only to go find and replace it.
