I wonder if interstate or interdistrict travel ban is applied on private owned transport? From KL to Selangor only.

Does it apply for public transport like bus or train eg lrt or KTM? eg do police check on those said public transport?

I am looking into these models.

BMW X6 2009 N54 engine

BMW F10 5 series from 2010 or 2011 N20 or N55 engine

Mercedes CLS 350 CGI 2007 M272 engine

Apart from the maintance costs and repair costs is fineas saved alot for it. I know the downside of owning an used conti cars though i wish to seek your experience in the repair costs for those and which is a money pit. Boot wise they are all similar except the x6 which has the slanted rear window.

For the road tax, is it applicable fixed price for 3500cc depsite how old the car is? last time i checked the 3500cc for a year cost 8xx on a 2019 sticker. how is that possible?

Which has the most repair? merc or bmw?

feeling paranoid about my small driving mistake

Hello,

Just now in this evening around 10pm i was on the way to gombak. I reached the IBM car shop in Jalah Pahang. After i got out and turned left, the lines were like messy because theres a road construction or service hence the big plastic thing orange and white thing near the jalan pahang bhp petrol station. I saw a firetruck and it was alternating to the lane after it passed the old lane lines into the new painted lines which is probably temporary lane.

I waited for the firetruck to pass by and i dont see any car behind the firetruck then i went behind the firetruck. The line was like two in one then become two passing the road construction. I was following the new lines and then suddenly i saw a car tailgating my car on my rear mirror. I think i must have neared him on my blindspot on my right but did not hit him. there was other lane on the right but i was wondering why he did not stay on the other lane and jumped into my lane.

I didnt have to use indicator because i was staying on my lane and i can see the other lane too. The guy behind me was following my car and then he turned left to the highway. I turned to see him and he was like turned his head so fast. I felt i suspect that he would report over this mistake plus he was on the phone too.

I dont know why i am feeling real paranoid. Help.

I am looking for a set of tyres to fit in.
Can kembara run on on road tyres like 195/60?
And for off road tyres if any possible with biggest size maximum to fit in while using 15in rims? Please tell me what size it is.

Really, I am looking for both because I don't mind haha.
I live in gombak area. I don't mind driving to a further shop area like setapak...

bad clutch control

Hello,

I have rented a kancil and i do know how to drive manual. Most of the time i drive auto merc at my home town.

Once i was at parking and i was doing the reverse while the hand brake is on. I put on reverse gear then i revved a bit. I slowly released the clutch slowly and the car felt going backward but i released the clutch a bit too far and i felt the engine moving against the clutch. some kind of a squeeze grind or something. I am worried as i might of thought of damaging the engine. Once i felt that, i quickly released the handbrake then it went to normal. is it that bad as leaving hand brake on and releasing the clutch a bit too far while the throttle pressure is correct? I am worried!

I have bought 4 tickets for my friends and i have been researching for the transportation to sepang F1 circuit on race day and i have found skybus but that dates back in 2010. Is it still available in 2013? We want a good budget travel to there and back. By train seems pricey, and car is a mess as i meant in huge traffic jam. Is there any buses available directly to sepang f1 circuit? or in other way to KLIA or LCCT and go by taxi to there? Is taxi going to be expensive from KLIA and LCCT? and its 4 people together.

hello,

i am a p licence user and soon to end the "p" in sept 2012. and i am from kelantan.

i was driving during midnight and yes i have modified my car exhaust to a loud type with an auto car. i was driving along the long strip road in p.chepa where speed limit is at 90km. after the traffic lights i passed by the motorbikes and then i drive normally around 50-60km. then i noticed the car is tailgating me and i am like go away. so i sped to 90km on par with the road speed limit. it still tailgates me and i was looking at the rear mirror. then that car braked for a bit and i realized it was a police car tailgating my car since that traffic light past the motorbikes then i braked to lower the speed limit.. suddenly the police car went past me more than 90km and then that car turned right to that road which i knew it leads straight to police hq. i am worried whther i get summon for literally speeding and with a loud exhaust cos i am a p licence user. i wonder why didnt the police car ask me to pull over. nothing. just went off straight to police hq. so literally i am very very confused!!!!

i am worried i dun wanna lose my p licence and have to retake again...

Hello,

I am on provisional license so far for one year and one night returning home from football match. The place where i live is in kelantan.

I was driving down the narrow winding road and the car infront of me signalled to the right. I stopped and looked behind to see if the coast is clear to move to the left past the signalling car. So i moved and suddenly i saw a motorbike moving in the middle rear mirror so i wondered what it is. To my surprise, its actually a police motorbike and that police guy wasnt wearing his duty clothes. He was wearing casual clothes. The police man came to my right and was checking the front window then checked through my right window to look at my face then i looked at him normally.

He then went away and i wonder what he is doing. I planned to say sorry but it was too late as i never thought about it.
My car has 'P' stickers on both front and back windows. I am confused as he should stop me and saman me but why would he go?

Right now its been on my mind since that night happened not long ago because i am confused and worried. It is my first time to have this happened to me on my first provisional license. :S

What i am asking you is that would i get saman like letter or something and is there any points for it? by the way i forgot what is the maximum points for provisional license?

what is exactly a bullet in the exhaust system such as swirl type, and many more and how does it differ from the catalyst and resonator?

I never heard what a bullet can do such as what it can do with the sound such as loud it or what? So what does it do?
