Help to upgrade CPU

Hi,
Planing to upgrade my current setup and planned to attack the CPU first.
Next budget Upgrade motherboard and CPU cooler and then lastly maybe next year, upgrade GPU.

Is this plan of mine logical? can shed some light on what i should be focusing on?
my current rig is as below.

Intel i5 12400F (wanting to upgrade to i5 14600KF)

One of the ram has gone bad and I need to get something good for gaming.

Thinking if Corsair vengeance RS or is better to go for Kingston?

shopee seller refuses to honor waranty

Bought a walking pad from this seller (shopee mall). After 2 months got weird sound coming out from it.
Asked seller for help and he replied to check a couple of things. I responded that have checked and there is a flaw in the middle of the pad as the weird sound comes from there.
Told seller that I would like to send it in for warranty. Seller replies that he only has warehouse here and all warranty need to send to china.

I said no problem, give me the address to send the item back to.
Seller comes back saying need to check the leg again. Advice seller already checked. Sent him video, pics everything there is to explain the problem.
Seller still refuses to disclose location of warranty, phone number etc.

It has been 6 months of back and forth with seller but he refuses to disclose nor advice where and what to do to claim the warranty.

I would like to make a report to consumer tribunal but I have no details of the seller except for his shopee link.
I've asked shopee and they are not disclosing it either.
what can I do? please advice. Thanks.

I have many original cd and prefer to keep using them.

I've been looking around but most of the shops say they don't have one with cd player.
Can someone please recomend a good player with the below features.

Reverse camera. - must have
Cd player. - must have
Bluetooth.
Front usb if possible.
MP3 & flac if possible.
Android mirror not necessary
Definitely Don't want GPS.

Maxis Wi-Fi 6 Certified Router

got my unifi upgraded to 300mbs maxis.
They installed for me the maxis wifi 6 router by huawei. ref lowyat news
but still using the unifi modem.
speed wise a bit of difference on 5Ghz. faster download and surfing.

However, my TV keeps loosing the 5Ghz network every 3 hours or so. changing channels didn't help either.
Switched to 2.4ghz and the connection last until i switch off the tv.
So now every morning, i have to wait and retry connection on the tv till it gets connected.
Never had this problem with the unifi tplink ac1200 router on 2.4ghz

any idea what i should do?
any way to configure?
throw this new maxis router away and get a better performance one?

oh, wifi analyzer shows 2 bars for the tv on 2.4ghz for both routers.

Ps. still cant change dns on this new router.

I've set up the tenda mw6 via ppoe.
Removed the tplink unifi router.
All nodes and WiFi works.

My CCTV which connects via Lan doesn't work anymore.
Even after turning off IPTV from the tenda settings.

CCTV guy says no need static IP. As long got internet connection.
Removed mesh and reconnect back to unifi router and it works.

How do I use the unifi router and yet have the mesh as well?
What do I do and how to set?

everyday play music loud loud so all the residents nearby cannot sleep.
each time make complaint to dbkl, the club mysteriously wont play music when dbkl come.
every time complaint to police, the club mysteriously closes. like magic, hear loud sound, make call to poilice, police come after 2 hours, club already close, police go away, club opens back and resumes feng tau.

everyday operate until 7am sometimes until 10am also got.
anybody drunk wanna find boom boom, this is the best place to go.

Hi,
Been using frontline combo for my dogs but have found lots of ticks on my dog today. Put the spot on just a week ago.

Ticks are coming from a male and female dog that belongs to my neighbour whch they neglected. I have been feeding and bathing them as well as applying the frontline on both of them, but it's useless as they've got ticks and now my dog which is mostly in the house has them too.

I've called spca but they refuse to take the dog in.
I am reluctant to call dbkl as I know what happens if I do. I don't wanna be an accomplice for killers. Besides, both the dogs are beautiful and so obedient, if only I can take them in.

Anyway, what can I do about the ticks, and what can I do bout the dogs?
