Resident Evil storyline, timeline

Did a quick search, seems to be no topic about this, so feels its safe to create a new topic.

Any1 knows the full storyline and chronology of resident evil series? Too many RE games, some exclusive to some platforms, so i couldnt manage to play them all. Sure i googled for results but it just seems like they are pieced together without any real understandling/ connection. Detailed stuff i would like to know like at this time, Leon was doing somthing while Chris was doing other stuff, and in the background, Wesker/Umbrella was plotting something.

Looking for turn based strategy games

Hi

I'm looking for turn based strategy games, kinda like final fantasy tactics, advanced, brigandine, dynasty warrior tactics etc for pc. Basically combat is turn based and movement is on tiles. other aspects of gameplay need not be turn based like king's bounty. Any recommendations? Do not recommend me HOMM, Civ series.

I already have guardians of graxia, king's bounty, grotesque tactics. old games are fine too so long as not too old? Those 16bit color games like fallout i cant run properly anymore.

Unable to boot PC

Initially, during normal conditions when booting up my pc, there will be a beep sound before windows screen appears. Later there was no beep sound and the screen stayed black. I thought it was my HDD problem or the cables that link to HDD. unplug and replug back and it worked fine. However, even though there is a beep sound when booting, the screen still stays black and i have to either retry booting a lot of times or waitng for some time and try booting again for a successful boot. Can anyone tell me what is the suspected problems and which part? Most my my pc parts still under warranty so i can change it fast. Below is the screenshot of HWmonitor.
