about battery calibration

Hi got some question about battery calibration,

do i have to follow the steps immediately?

lik after fully charge must plug it of right aways and continue use untill finish then rest 5 hr and charge again??

or can it wait lik
after fully charge can turn off the mac 1st, then got time oni use the mac till low batt then rest,
then charge it afterwards??
