SmartTag Double Charged!

This was 1st time not able to pass thru smarttag.. usually my smarttag success rate is very high.
But that night i got stuck and almost hit the tiang then only the smarttag beep beep beep but the toll alarm already trigger and i'm force to reverse but the smarttag still doesnt work until "sentuh card di card reader".

How idea how to report and get refund for this?

Just went TnGo Hub @ NuSentral. Asked to fill up a form and they will investigate within 30 days and the money will bank in to me.
Let's see how it goes...

All sifu.. what problem is this? Please help me out.. Sometimes ok sometimes not ok.. Get very serious when visiting youtube..
The screen also flickering when boot @ LENOVO logo before the loading windows circle comes in.. not sure why.. Even with original BIOS..
