Property agent go crazy

So i contacted agent I found online for a property i liked. He took us to see the show unit. Really liked the property but i wantesd to see what other options i had so i was a little hesitant. He insisted since got available lot i just try apply loan. No need pay anything. Long story short, Loan i tried got approved but I found another unit i liked better somewhere else. Just nice when I wanted to tell him I don't want, the unit i tried with the agent got taken by someone else with cash term. Told me need wait a month or 2 if got other unit open up. I went ahead and tried loan for the new place i liked better (this was managed by a different agent). Loan got approved again.

Texted the previous agent i gonna bow down from the first unit and he got really aggressive. Started accusing me with profanities and so forth. Blocked him in WhatsApp cause I ain't got time to deal with drama.

2 questions.
1. Was what i did wrong to warrant such a reaction? He made it sound as though i am an ungrateful bastard.

2. Should i be worried? He has all the documents i gave to him to apply for housing loan. I know his agent company and i could report him. I have screenshots of him using profanities. (dude deleted hia messages quickly after sending me but i managed to screenshot one line) but I really don't want to escalate this issue.

Now can buy house in Penang or not?

Finally my fiancee and I are in a position to afford to buy our own house. Found an agent selling the clover for 610k 1.5sgf + another 100—150k for full reno which is around our budget. She went and had a look at the property which was not bad. I had a look at the topics here and not much ppl here seem to like sungai ara area. Is that property OK for that price. I'm not looking to invest. Just wanna have a place to start a family.

Regards

It will be our 5th anniversary this September I thought it will be great to go on a vacation together.(Secretly, im also hoping to propose to her on one of the days)

She likes the beach alot so I did some research and I found Sabah to be pretty good. (Langkawi was out of the question since we both have been there before and Bali kenot also cause she pantang, apparently will break up if go Bali before marriage)

My budget not that high, about RM3000-4000 per person. Is there any better places or is Sabah the best I can do?

Tenkiuee

Best place to get pc in penang?

Im planning to get my brother (his gf of 5 years left to study in Ireland for a year so i kinda feel bad for him) a pc for his birthday. I myself am currently moderately well informed of the the pc building scene and im actively keeping up with the prices of pc components here in Singapore. But my family is in Penang and im unable to go back and build this pc for him myself. Plus I have no idea whats the pricing like back home. Plan is giving my parents a list of components and shop name and get my parents to buy and build the pc from the shop.

So my question, With a budget of around RM2000, Is it possible to obtain a decent gaming pc? Need tower and all peripherals. Which shop to go to? (Bukit Jambul perhaps?)

He only plays dota 1 at the moment but Im trying to brainwash him to give dota 2 a go.

**side question, He has a philips 32inch in his room. Can use that ah or still need a proper monitor?

Thanks a million.

I've been living in USA for a whole year now and Im coming back to home sweet home in 3 weeks. As usual, I'm getting request from friends and family to buy stuffs for them. I dun mind actually but I am afraid of getting taxed for these items. So how many can I bring back and what are the rules to avoid getting taxed? Suggestions are always welcome.

Currently I have a laptop and my mobile phone. Planning to buy another laptop for myself. Planning to buy a real nice handbag for my mom and a touchpad for my dad. I then have request by my friends and family for a Seiko watch, Nintendo Wii and maybe another item or 2.

Anybody have any experience in this?

Repairing MotherBoard/Graphics Card

My laptop recently died on me. There was no display. Apparently I used it until it was too hot and i fried my lcd and the ribbon. I got them replaced but it would still sometimes would not show and display and finally 10 days later there was no display no matter what i did. I brought it back and the engineer said my nvidia graphic card intergrated to motherboard is faulty.

I was given a solution to pay RM290 and he'll repair my graphics card but there will be no warranty ( it could die in a day, a month or a year). I agreed and now my laptop is fine but I was wandering...

1. What did he really do to fix my laptop?
2. What are the methods to keep my laptop working for as long as possible ?

Answers will be greatly appreciated.

*** Im using HP Pavillion DV6700
Processor > AMD Turion TL-60 2.0ghz
Graphics > Nvidia Geforce 8400M GS
