Can someone tell me what law is that? If I make the turn from green arrow, I'm ok, but if I make the turn from red arrow, I kena saman? However, if I take the full roundabout, then take the turn from the red arrow, it's ok... what kind of law is this? Blasphemy! Madness! By the way, the 'hungry ghosts' are lurking at the red 'X' area...

Buying overseas, bring back and sell...

1) If I go overseas, buy a handful of fashion goods and bring it back to Malaysia in luggage/hand-carry, will I get taxed/levied? How do I determine the amount that exceeds the taxable threshold? Can I say I buy them as gifts or something? Will the Kastam kacau me if he sees me buy so many things?

2) I see a lot of people selling stuffs through forums, blogs and Facebook, I want to know if we are allowed to do so without a business license? What kind of licenses I need if I want to start selling online? Or I don't need any?

3) I saw the SMIDEC thread but it's a 2 years thread, I'd like to ask if there is any current body in Malaysia that offer free money for new entrepreneurs? Where can I refer to?

4) If I want to open a very small shop (~100-300 sqf), where can I find one with cheap rent but around middle-high income neighborhood?

Consider these:

• You get food, water, clothes, house and transport free, for the rest of your life.

• You get anything that can be manufactured by the world's best available technology with the available resources on Earth free, for the rest of your life.

• You don't need to have a job, since everything you need to survive is provided free, for the rest of your life.

• There is no more money/property based crime (burglary, robbery, scam, kidnap, war, etc) because nobody has to worry about money.

And all you need to do is:

• Believe all these can be done and achieved.

• Tell other people about this, without paying/obliging to anything at all.

Would you do it?

If you are provided all that, would you get lazy for the rest of your life? Or maybe just lazy for a few years (because you haven't experienced it before), then you got bored and start to do something productive because you want to do it, not because you are hired to do it?

According to recent statistics done, the DAILY average that a robber can make in Malaysia is RM2,051. That's more than most monthly wagers LOL! If the robber only work on weekdays, he can earn RM40,000 no problem. Then share half with cops to getaway with it, still got a lot left for the weekend spree...
