Buying a Better Car

Im working as property agent.
I have been told by my boss to change to a better car (vios?) to impress my client and better image if i want to be a supervisor for new agent under me.

I'm driving a myvi, earning avg 7-8k/month. I work mainly by my own now. and I have to pay home mortgage RM3,800/month.

Does it really matter with what I drive if I'm working as property agent? and would it increase my earning too after changing it?

Resonable Return for F&B Business

Hi. I'm considering to venture into a small shop lot selling japanese snacks.

I would like to ask what is the reasonable Return, Profit Margin and ROI for this kind of business.

Based on my calculation:
Initial Cost = 55,000 - 60,000
Estimated Profit Per Month = 2,500 - 3,500
ROI Period is about = 16-24 months
The Profit Margin for the Product is around 50%
The Net Profit Margin is around = 15% - 20%

Is the return reasonable for F&B business?

how to differenciate between region 1,2,3 of DVD

I wanna sell a few dvd in lyn which i bought from USA. Im not sure is it region 1,2,3? how to differenciate between region 1,2,3 of DVD ??? and it is 7.8GB per disc, is that means dvd9?

and how to differenciate the quality of the dvd? i saw different price range for dvd in the shop?? does it matter with the region?

1st at all, im going to get myself a used pda set.
so this two sets come to my mind.

its seems the secondhand value of atom is abit higher than 818 pro
but the new set are almost the same.

so at this point, is atom a better choice?

If the warranty card is not under your name, can i still claim the warranty? midland warranty.

Want to buy a hp from a seller here, the warranty card is filled, but he claimed that i still able to claim the warranty with the card. is he right?
