Job description:

1) Manage various in house & outsource facility services which included but not limited to security, car park, cleaning, rubbish collection & building maintenance.

2) Assist in preparation & administration of all policies & procedures.

3) Supervise and monitor all the services rendered by service providers / contractors / sub-contractors' staff - security

4) Assist in diagnosing defects and recommend solutions by preparing adequate scope of works before calling / sourcing for contractors / suppliers / service providers to send quotations / proposals.

5) Assist in checking defects rectification progress of units, facilities and common area.

6) Ensure all renovation applications submitted are with proper documentations and the scopes of works are within perimeters of the existing By-laws / House Rules / Strata Title Act / Building and Common Property Act.

7) Summarize quotations / proposals received by suppliers / contractors / service providers to raise requisition of expenditure for further approval.

8) Carry out routine building inspection, surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures.

9) Attend to residents complaints & arrange appropriate rectification actions professionally.

10) Assist in preparation of Monthly Management reports.

11) To carry out any other tasks assigned by the JMC from time to time.

12) Working Hours :9AM-5PM Mondays - Friday
9AM-1pm Saturday

Requirements:

1) Possess a Diploma in Property Management / Building Facilities, professional certificate in Engineering or any related discipline.

2) Minimum 2 years experience in property management.

3) Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act.

4) Possess chargeman certificate will be an added advantage.

5) Knowledge of electrical/mechanical maintenance skills will be an added advantage.

6) Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.

7) Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

8) Able to plan, conceptualize and implement.

9) Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
