Hi gents,

Please advice if this kind of post is not allowed. i haven't been in lowyat and i hope i am not rude

I am trying to sell my property for some time but i have been getting incompatible agents one after another. Seeing that i have moved out of Malaysia the administration is difficult. So i had an idea

My property is at Tropics above Tropicana City Mall in PJ, it's the Type A with 625 sq feet facing highway. We can get a lawyer to make sure that the process is smooth from both sides. I hope to process this some time end of Dec but realistically it will happen in January 2018.

Please message me for more details otherwise i welcome feedback on others to mitigate risks and to have a smooth transaction for both ends. This might be an interesting first time in malaysia

Advice on noisy neighbour

hi guys

i am living in Tropics above Tropicana Mall and the guy above me have modified his aircond to the one that blasts from the ceiling. Sadly these airconds probably have gigantic motors which vibrates a deep humming noise all the way down to my apartment. Strangely it is quiet in his house

I have politely informed the management and owner (it's rented now) and the security too have heard the noise but contacts with the owner ends with him refuting the noise and refuse to even come listen to it. He keep saying rudely on the phone...go la go la complain to DOD (or something) la. Must be 100dbs only you can complain! WTF that's a jackhammer!

The management seems powerless to do anything and i am at wits end. Since it's aircond, it ons and off throughout the night, can you imagine??...ARGH

My computer can't be switched on

When i click the power the fan and the graphic fan goes on for a second then off

WHen i try the power again notthign happens

Processor fan and mobo fan doesn't move during this whole process

i need to unplug the power and wait for the small yellow light on the mobo to turn off before i plug it in again then when i press power the 1 second thing happened again

any ideas guys?

don't think the powerbox is spoilt and i really hope my processor is not fried

Hi guys

I have a buddy that is kinda a fitness, martial arts sorta guy. But years ago he injured his wrists...something very much like karpal tunnel.

So he was sorta asking around...is there any weight resistance exercise that involves minimal wrist strength

He can still do pull ups like 8 times without help(i can't do more than 2 ), but it irritates the wrists

So i am looking for some suggestion.... for

chest
shoulder
back

I could only think of front squat which sorta works the upper body a little. But not really right?
Anything you guys come across?

Hi guys

I can't seem to enable the port triggering in the streamyx wireless modem

i followed the instructions at http://macamrojakmee.blogspot.com/2009/08/...odem-riger.html to the dot but the port still is closed althought it is shown on the router as triggered

Just a few notes
1. I am running utorrent while checking so the port should be "triggered"
2. When i set my computer as DMZ...walla...looks open and nice...however that is not the ideal situration

Anyone with this situation?

ps search thru this site. some problems a little like this but doesn't work too. Anyone with same situration, i woulld like to hear how u fix this

Keyboard doesn't work when i enter bios

Hi guys,

I have this old computer whose keyboard works as normal everywhere except when i go in bios. I tried to press the num lock key to test but even then it's stuck in bios. lights no change

I forgot how to reset the mobo so i took out battery and let the thing reset. Even after the time is 0000, keyboard still doesn't work. Tried PS2 and USB already

Any ideas?

I read somewhere in this forum(I looked hard but difficult to find thepost) about some recommendations about peanut butter. Some brands are good..some are said to be bad. Which brand is good anyways and where to get them?

I remembered reading u guys say that the common brands that is sold ain't good right? Also I saw those pasar malam made peanut butter that the seller said is homemade. Are those good?

Problem copying files to external hard disk

Hi guys

I got this new external harddisk. I have some problems copying stuff over thru the firewire 400 cause it keeps timing out after 10 to 20 minutes. When i select more files it just times out in the middle of copying showing the device is not detected. So far 20gb is ok. But i selected about 40 gb and it times out ...even when it haven't reached the 20gb mark

I tried with 2 of my firewire ports and they still die the same way. Any ideas guys?

Problem displaying ATIx800 on Pananosic TV lx700

i am connecting to the hdmi from my dvi the sides are all cropped argh
i tried installing new drivers but no options to recover push in the screen from the sides

also i can't get it to display100hz(cause it seems my tv is detected as default monitor and the max for that is 60hz)

any ideas on how to work things out on lcd tv guys?
