AIA Medical Protection

Life is full of risks but your healthcare shouldn’t be one of them.

Today, with longer life expectancy and the ever-increasing cost of medical treatments, you need to ensure you have sufficient medical coverage.

Ask yourself these questions:

1. Can you afford to come with large, lump sum, cash amounts in the event you are admitted to hospital?

2. If you can't, do you have family or friends that would be willing to IMMEDIATELY give you RM 100,000 for an emergency medical procedure?

Why not remove these concerns and get protected with an AIA Medical Card TODAY!

Why would you choose AIA?

Still not convinced? Our medical protection STARTS with:

1. RM 1,100,000 annual limit
2. NO LIFETIME LIMIT
3. Additional allowance for OUTPATIENT TREATMENT
4. Outpatient DENGUE TREATMENT
5. PHYSIOTHERAPY and ACUPUNCTURE coverage

All of the above can be secured for as low as RM 3 PER DAY*

If you still don't see the need for medical protection, have a look at these statistics:

Why not just find out more and get a quote today! No obligations.

Hi,

My machine is about 2 years old now and about a week ago started locking up...

Found the problem was it overheating. The fan still works and even got a CM Notepal to help.

Just installed SpeedFan...and while the machine is busy (installing software, playing videos) it reports as all four cores touching about 75C...sometimes even touching 80C

What can I do?

TIA.

They did not ship it with a Windows CD. What should i do?

2. How do I get a list of hardware currently in the machine so that I can download the latest Win7 drivers before i format

3.
Weight Loss Routine

Hey guys,

I am 5'11" and weigh 91kg...

I intend to go down to 80kg by 13/11/10.

After doing some research on the net, I am thinking about this routine for my weight loss. Its copy paste from couple of sites.

Day 1 - Cardio

Day 2 - Strength

Day 3 - Short Cardio

Day 4 - Cardio

Day 5 - Strength

Cardio Exercise

1. Run the treadmill for 5 minutes, then step off and stretch your leg muscles.

2. Next go to the stair-stepping machine. This machine simulates walking up stairs, and it can be a grueling process. Set it for an increased intensity
workout and begin stepping. Be careful you don't step too fast. This isn't a race. You might hurt yourself if you push too hard. Five minutes of stair
stepping is an excellent start.

3. Next go to a rowing machine, which simulates the rowing of a boat. Row for about 5 minutes. As you work out and your cardiovascular system
gets stronger, you will be able to handle a more intense workout.

4. Take a moment to stretch your body all over, then find a bicycle machine. Set it for an increased intensity routine. This time, go for about 10
minutes, then stretch your legs and arms again.

5. Finish off with 5 more minutes on the treadmill. You will have done 30 minutes of cardiovascular training.

Strength Exercise

1. Start out with bench-pressing machine. This will work your chest and arms very well. Put on a safe amount of weight for what you can handle.
Don't push too hard at the beginning. Do 10 reps to begin, and if you feel up to it, do another 10.

2. Next find a machine that works your arms, back and chest. This type of machine will have two levers to pull toward your chest. Set your weight
for a safe level. Do 10 reps, and if you feel comfortable, another 10.

3. Find the machine that lets you work the back of your legs. This will have a bar for your legs that will let you pull your legs upward against the
weights. Set it for an appropriate weight and do two sets of 10 reps if you can.

4. Find the machine that lets you push yourself up against weights using your legs. You will push yourself up and away from a pad. Set this to an
appropriate level with 10 reps and another 10 if you feel you can.

What do you guys think?

No router.

To my understanding, the first PC IP should be set as 192.168.0.1 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and Gateway blank.

All the other PCs IP should be 192.168.0.2~255, same subnet, and gateway should be 192.168.0.1

Is that correct?

I just need all the machines to see each other. Right now when I jack in, it says Unidentified Network, sometimes just Network etc.

Any help is appreaciated...if there is anyone around the Jaya One area, i wouldnt mind paying a little to get it running..

TIA

What to demo with HSBB?

Hi all,

I have to show how the education sector can benefit from a high speed broadband connection...

For example a university with HSBB, what can they do to fully utilise it? Aside from the standard things like Video on Demand, distance learning etc.

Any ideas?

TIA !

Rishy

HTC HD2 Official Discussion Thread V3 !

The HTC HD2 is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU and sports the nice 448 MB of RAM. Running on Windows Mobile 6.5 it relies on a 4.3-inch display of WVGA resolution for its operation.

As if that wasn't exciting enough, the HD2 is also the first WinMo handset to feature a capacitive touchscreen, instead of the resistive units we have seen so far - perhaps that was exactly what was meant by Windows 7 ready in the yesterday's leak.

The HTC Sense UI, which comes preinstalled on top of the OS, is obviously here to iterate on the popular TouchFLO 3D and should make sure that all interface elements are large enough to be used with fingers only.

The network connectivity capabilities of the HTC HD2 are splendid, the handset coming with quad-band GSM support and dual band UMTS with 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and 2 Mbps HSUPA. Wi-Fi and GPS are also on board as well as the usual suspects Bluetooth and USB.

On the multimedia front the 11mm-slim HTC HD2 has a 5 megapixel autofocus camera and a standard 3.5mm audio jack to offer. The list of nice features of this powerhouse is completed by a built-in accelerometer and proximity sensor.

The HTC HD2 will be available later this month with selected operators across Europe, before rolling out to other regions in the coming months. The company is however yet hesitant to reveal more details about its pricing but rumors have it that it will be selling for around 650 euro (Vodafone Spain) or 499GBP in the UK, which is around 540 euro

Source : GSM Arena

Original high res at : HTC Official Website

Previous Thread
HTC HD2 v1
HTC HD2 v2

WARNING!!!

*No spamming
*No dirty talk, insult, flaming other peoples opinion, etc...
*No discussions on piracy, cracks, warez, or anything else related to illegal software
