So yeah i got a gift from a friends, a good headphone, brand new price is around RM680++

So i tried to sell it cheaper, around RM550++, well guess what...from their comment and so on, look like they think im a scammer, even though i provide picture and so on... Got this one buyer told me 'i pay you half first, then when item arrive i pay again the other half' and the typical comment 'i got scammed before this la blablabla'

Some people just too paranoid when they see cheaper brand new price... Oh well can't blame them

Copy design logo from someone else

Hi guys, i gonna a new budget hotel next month, so i did some searching at google and i found some nice logo design and i decide to use it... So just now the signboard guy call me said if you copy other people logo might get sued... the original logo is from mobile printing company outside of malaysia...

So i asked him to do a little modification to the design, like change font and design a bit, but still got the original look, i kinda worried right now if some day i receive a letter or something about the copyright thingy

Suggest me hotel room price for businessman

I will open my 2nd branch budget hotel at kota bharu soon, this hotel especially for businessman who want cheap price, the room price is RM35 for single room, RM40 for 2 single, RM50 for 1 double & 1 single... monthly rent ranging from rm600-rm800

room accommodation :

1. A/C
2. Small table if wan do some work
3. Closet
4. TV
5. Wifi connection
6. Bed is hotel class, not some cheap bed you find in other budget hotel..

however bathroom is outside(each bathroom have water heater), i have 4 bathroom build for 10 rooms(room size about 10x10)

so do you think the price is ok, or do i need to add any other things that businessman would like to have in rooms?

So yeah one of my regular hotel customer today complain to me about someone enter his room at 3am and took his money. So i try to investigate what really happen and what i found out is :

1. He said he and his friend slept at 1am, and someone took his money at around 3am, and his door chain lock is completely tear off( he said the door chain is broken)
2. He told one of my staff there he lost RM100, but when i talk to him he said he lost RM800 (suspicious)...he ask me to pay back RM600
3. So when i enter his room to check what exactly happen, his friend took the broken chain inside his bag(why did he hide it?) and he show me one of the chain is completely twisted...its impossible if a person outsite the door can twist the chain like that...(i suspect he and his friend twist that chain and try to get his money by saying the chain is broken)
4. I check CCTV and found out that there's one girl sneak around in hotel lobby and tried to open every rooms door. She just simply tried to open the door as if the person inside the room forgot to lock his door. And the bad news is my CCTV didnt record his room so i don't know how she enter his room...
5. I told him that he must forgot to lock his door when he asleep, he silent and said he wan sue me if i didn't pay his loss of money, i said ok let's go to he police station, he look quite scared and he said it's useless la if report also...
6. In the end i told him that it's his own fault for not locking the room door, and i still gave him RM100

So in short, he forgot to lock his door, forgot to use the door chain for double safety, and the girl simply open his door and took his money, he wake up found out his money gone, realise his own mistake he forgot to lock the door, break the door chain and hide it
