I having Alter Al-Mecha ARX-7 Arbalest here, wanna modifier the head part and the body paint, cause not perfect enough, the reason i finding professional cause the model is expensive and I don't want lay a mistake on it, so i'm looking here whoever can offer me their professional service, thank you... How to gain weight effiently

I now weight 60kg height 180cm, I wanna gain more 15kg, but seems i a hard gainer, and also i very skinny now, i went to gym and taking proteins(True Mass)... is there another effient way to help me gain weight?? Should I eat more in 1 day or sleep early??? Help!!!!
