NAS file getting cyberlocker

Anyone have any solution to remove the cyberlocker on NAS? Because cannot open any file in server.
I had been surfing on google, most solution is giving to windows OS.

I need help on assemble a new pc.

Processor : AMD FX8150 8 core /AMD FX 8350 / Any INTEL processor recommend ?
Motherboard : Gigabytes 970A-UD3 /Asrock 970 EXTREME 3 / any Asus Recommand?
RAM : Kingston 4G x 2 / 8G x 1 /G.SKill ARES 2133Mhz 4GB x2
HDD : WD 1TB
SSD : Micron M500 120 GB
Graphic Card: Sapphire HD7970 3G DDR5　/ NVIDIA GTX 690
CASE : CM RC 431 plus /　it is can fit ?
POWER : Seasonic 80GOLD 650w

Doing video/audio Editing and PS. Sometimes playing game. Can be handle multi task well and can be stay long.

My budget is below 3.5k. it is possible to do that?
Or i can get better spec?

Wifi Site Survey

Hi guys, i researched this 2 site survey products( Ekahau and visiwave) are most recommended.
I would like to know can i use my laptop wifi to do the site survey? Or i need to purchase an usb network adapter to do the report ? is it using usb network adapter will be more accurate?

UV filter together with CPL filter?!

Normally we going to attached a UV filter for your lens's protection. And of course it means the UV filter going to attached to the lens from the moment it reached to you. The question is : if i want to attach a CPL, are you going to attach it direct to the UV filter or just the CPL only by taking out the UV filter? Any effect if i attached together to the UV filter with the CPL? Please advice/ comments
