Breakout Kings

A squad of U.S. marshals team up with ex-cons to work together on tracking down prison escapees.

Breakout Kings was originally in development for the Fox network. Matt Olmstead and Nick Santora wrote the pilot, after receiving a script commitment from Fox in August 2009. In January 2010, Fox greenlighted a pilot episode. On May 12, 2010, it was announced that Fox did not pick up the series for the 2010-11 television season. Fox attempted to sell Breakout Kings to other networks, and in June 2010, it was reported that A&E had picked up the drama for 13 episodes.

Production was expected to begin in fall 2010 in Toronto for a 2011 premiere. Robert Knepper is set to appear as his Prison Break character T-Bag for a 4-episode arc.

Hitler, Nazism and WW2

recently, for some reason, this Nazism and Hitler are become my current 'obsession'. (i even read Mein Kampf recently!) just want to learn few new things and from broaden perspective. i love history BTW (ironically i hate History in my school days).

watched already:
Schindler's List
Inglorious Basterds
Valkyrie
Downfall /Der Untergang
Hitler: The Rise of Evil
Defiance
and much more..

will watch in near future:
Amen
Blind Spot: Hitler's Secretary /Im Toten Winkel
Sophie Scholl :The Final Days

i know, most Hollywood /US movies with this theme are full with inaccurate facts and propaganda.

can u all add that list and perhaps give your review about it. or list your favourite movie. not neccessarily movies about Nazism or Hitler, but anything related to WW2 in Europe are fine.
not another new thread, huh

i love movies, watch it one almost everyday. love to write a movies review though my english isnt that good. but the very least, i want to share my view. (on the other hand, this is an effort to improve my writing)

there's a lot of threads dedicated to movies, and i think its too many and redundant. some movies are not worth a thread, some do.. and eventually all goes down in pecking order.. i just want to save some space here

just to share a view about a movies i (and welcoming u too) recently watched. whether its good, bad or ugly. maybe i want to focus of lesser known movies or movies didnt screen in our local cinema (coz it usually it had own thread here)

i begin with..

Antichrist (2009)

its story about a couple that recently lost their child. the woman is in state of grief and her husband (Willem Dafoe), a therapist, try to console her. they take a short vacation in woods. the husband start to hallucinate weird things and the wife become sexually aggressive. this movie revolved between this 2 characters only. the 3rd is the child, but he made very short appearance, just few moments at the beginning.

TBH, i didnt understood much of this movie. it involved concept of 'grief', 'pain' and 'despair', a terms of '3 beggars' (which i dont have a clue, but i have a friend named Wiki to explain for me later). but one things for sure, there's a lot of sexual and explicit scenes between 2 characters and violent scenes are very hard to stomach.

its very artistic but if u want something different, u should give a go..
