My company is looking for 2 Account execs to fill in positions, not really a lot of applications. Partly due to company using ciput websites to advertise but still, why is it so hard to find people now? All scare covid or still choosy on the work?

at the same time, my friend is looking for new job, send a lot of applications but didnt even get a call for interview.

Vacuum Robot

Hi all,

Now I just keluar gua. I wanted to buy a vacuum robot. have 3 option.

1) Cheapest - have bump sensor, have app to control. dry mop, not smart, not AI

2) Expensive - all above and with wet mop and smart navi

3) Premium - All above but oscillating mop (turning motion like human) and AI navigation. comes with front camera and laser sensors.

stay in condo, very dusty, must clean/wipe everyday.

cheapest is 1/3 price the most premium version. Should I just buy the cheapest and replace when spoil or just get the expensive/premium version?

my concern is, more parts more chance of breakdown especially for something so small. if get the premium version, there's suction, vibration, water, hair, dust, etc etc etc

not greedy just want it to work at least 3 years.

EPF Account2 and CIMB Loan

Here my case. in 2014, I refinanced my house (1st time) and I took some money from account 2 for the same house.

after paying for 6 years, 5% ish interest and 35 year loan, I still have a balance of RM180,000. Non flexi loan

I wish to use my EPF (42K) and personal savings (8K) to make the loan to 130,000 and cut short the loan term to about 8-10 years.

as I understand from EPF, they can only make payment to the 1st loan. However due to the fact that 1st loan in non flexi, all additional payment is paid to the monthly installment instead. Or for refinance purpose the calculation is different?

1) 42K EPF and 8K personal is used to reduce the loan to 130K and refinanced it to new bank

2) EPF cant be used, only pay thru personal savings and refinance to new bank with better interest rate and flexi (pay when I have more savings in future)

What is the best option here?

CIMB Account Problem

Until last month I cant transfer, I called CIMB and they say set to transfer fund. Went thru with website.

This month I cant transfer again. Maybank error code 0089.

Anyone experiencing the same?

I have just signed the tenancy agreement last weekend. But I have a change of mind.

I don't mind burn the deposit 1 month. but can I get the refund for the other 1 month and utilities?

At first, I wanted to rent my own unit and sub let out because have more freedom and can stay in master room. However now it seems not worth the effort. more problem than benefit.

My problem now is that its a non furnished unit.

1) Does anyone have the Room Tenancy Agreement?
2) Im providing Bed, Cabinet, Cloth hangar in the room, each room have own toilet, common area will be with fridge, washing machine, simple cooking. what else is needed?
3) What else do I need to provide to the tenants?

Ossoto seems a bit rundown when I last visit it. Lavish seems ok but I see a few bad reviews lately. don't know if its run down like Ossoto.

I prefer something like Lavish, with swimming pool.
