Alienware 13 R3 Warranty

Hi guys, I have used my Alienware for around 6 months but recently the temperature of CPU and GPU become very high which is until 100 celsius according to CPUID. I can feel the heat from the keyboard. Contacted technical support and they sent someone to replace motherboard and heatsink but the problem cannot be resolved. According to the latest reply, they said it`s normal and the temperature showing in the third party software cannot be trusted. What should I do now? The keyboard really hot when I playing the game with medium setting.

Alienware 14 restart automatically

Hi guys, my alienware 14 keep restart when it reaches the window login page. I tried to reset to factory setting and the problem still exists.
Anyone know whats the problem?
