Mercedes W212 facelift maintenance and fuel cost

I would like to have a secondhand Mercedes W212 Facelift.
I choosing between E300 and E250.
I worry E300 maintenance will be higher due to its hybrid and diesel engines.
Will its fuel efficiency cover the cost of maintenance in long run?
Will it need frquent visit to service center for maintenance as I may not have time to send it for repair every few month.

Hi,

I'm newbie to photography. Having Nikon D5100 with 35mm f1.8G len (52mm).

What are the Pros & Cons of using this teleconverter?

What I read from internet are
Pros:
1. Increase focus length 2x - 35mm x 2 = 70mm (105mm in full film (35mm) equivalent)
2. Unchange minimum focus length - nice for macro shooting

Cons:
1. Aperture lose one stop - f1.8 become f3.6
2. Reduce Image quality

I'm not sure how much the image quality reduce, and some articles stated that auto focus may malfunction when f>8(?).

This 35mm f1.8 focus within 0.3m ~ infinity. The focus distance is still the same when putting this teleconverter?

I had no budget on 85mm lens and 55-300mm currenty.

Is it ok if I use this 2x teleconveter on 35mm f1.8?
I'm looking for some fun in macro shooting and and cover 100mm
