I give up on creatine, really scare more problems later in life. I have enough sleep and eat proper meal la, except lunch eat outside so cannot too picky, almost no junk food except sometimes colleague give away snack. Eg. today colleague give me 2 pack of snack, I just eat one and the other one just keep it there.

Should I take electrolytes after workout? I wonder if it helps abit cus i usually drink 200ml milk and then a lot of water after done workout.

Lately unker high on training core til stomach cramp but at the same time veli enjoy the stomach cramp feeling, unker dulu train taekwondo punya, tat time got crazy partner will stretch my leg like crazy, now train alone many stretching kenot do myself.
