compensation due to late payment

hi,

I have recently bought a house.

but there is a delayed payment to the owner n his lawyer ask for compensation before i can get the key

I m not sure the delay is due to my lawyer or the bank, but most probably is from my lawyer.

The bank told me they need some time to investigate into this matter and they will pay the compensation if it is due to their fault.

What if the mistake is made by my lawyer, are they responsible to pay for my loss?

I have a neightbour with 6-7 dogs. all without license. He always let his dog running free outside, problem is that the dogs are agrresive n will chase whatever that come across them.

It happens that many times, me n my wives being chased or surrounded by the dogs, and we also have 2 small childrens.

I refrained for few years because i dun wan to quarrel with neightbour.

2day morning the dogs chased my maid when she wash my car outside, she cried n screamed, i went out n throwed a wooden stick to the dog to chase it off. ( it doesnt hit it anyway)

The neighbour saw it n appeared super angry, grabbed the stick n threatend to beat me.

later my maid pulled me into the house to avoid any unhappy ending.

I will lodge a police report later.

wat else can i do?

I dun think the police or the majlis perbandaran can do anything.

police will just make a record with no further action ( that they used to do), while the majlis perbandaran will just send some "dog catcher" ( mayb half a year later or never) to catch nothing

i wish to buy a house ard 500k

i have almost no saving now as im have poured all of them into my business, new in bussiness

now i m taking 5k as my salary, my wive got a job with around 4k salary

our expenses,
car loan + child + maid + misc = ard 4 k a month

can i get loan easily as my bussiness is stil new ?

is this too heavy for me ?

Hi,

My phone (samsung omnia) accidentally dropped into water ( jus a small pool of water that enough to make it wet) recently and it cant be turned on, i have sent it to a samsung phone centre in Klang Parade for service, after few days they told me it cant be repaired as they cant even turn it on.

Can anybody recommend me another service center nearby klang area? Or it really cant be repaired anymore?
