I would like to complain about zenong. I transfered Rm950 to him for a Dopod 838 Pro.

The parcel i received was a few insurans books. And my actual parcel went missing. Nationwide said the package he choose
is the normal one with max liability only Rm200.
And i messaged zenong. 1st few msges he said he asked his friend to help and this and that.
When he finally found out from me that the parcel is lost, he said he is just a seller and wont be responsible for any lost or damages.
I called Nationwide today and they told me that they asked the SENDER and he mentioned to them that the parcel is computer accessories.
And now they are confused, cause they asked me to write a letter and i did. I told them it's a PDA worth Rm950. So what is this all about?

1. I didnt choose for nationwide.
2. He didnt mention to me At all, that he wont be responsible for any lost or damages.
3. Why choose for that normal package when the pda is Rm950. If i knew, i would asked you to choose a better one and i will pay for that. No wonder he say free postage. And choose the cheapest one.
4. Why tell Nationwide people that it's computer accessories? now u're lying? They cant confirm for me if i could get a refund or not because zenong told them it is computer accessories instead of a PDA.
5. Rm950 gone like that. He just tell me Sorry i am just a seller.
6. I send few messages since last week. After 1 week no reply also. Earlier i told him i will complain here and he only reply that he is just A seller.

So, this means.. He can just go like that when the parcel gone? Or if the phone they received is not working at all? Since he said he wont be responsible for any damages? Or next time you send out pdas to your buyer and the parcel went missing, just say sorry to them? And nice dealing with you? Wow.

I deal with a lot of people here and none is that irresponsible. I know it is Nationwide's fault. But dont tell me he is not wrong? I didnt ask him for a full refund. But be responsible for it. At least half? I know he didnt ask for this and neither do I.

I know it is not right to post it here. Sorry.
