Problem with overclock software

I've been encountering program not responding with those 2 overclock program. I installed CCC and yet its not even responding as well...

GPU on My Laptop Need Help

Laptop Model: ASUS A8Sr
GPU: Ati Radeon HD2400 128RAM
CPU: Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2GHz

Somehow somewhere, my GC doesnt seems to perform at its standard... i know it's an old laptop but it should perform much better than i expects.. i just flashed my bios , installed DirectX 11, Driver for ATI. Anymore that i can do?

Would it be, the Power4Gear affects the entire thing... since i cant installed it after changing to Windows 7.. many things are in default...

Need advice on Asus N53SN and Acer Aspire 5750G

Can anyone help to differentiate with Asus N53SN and Acer Aspire 5750G... Both are almost equivalent but the only difference is Asus using Nvdia GT550M while Acer using Nvida GT540M. Although GT540M may inferior to GT550M but its pricing is really cost a big difference.. Plus i seen a lot post stating problems with Asus N53SN, and my current Asus A8Sr is really disappointed me . It does seems like Asus is much better than Acer
