I thought I wouldn&#39;t have the chance to go back to US to further my studies so my parents decided to send me to TARC to get my diploma. ( I&#39;m Malaysian - it&#39;s complicated ). But now my parents say that I&#39;m able to go US to further my studies ( it&#39;s cheaper because I&#39;m a citizen there ). My question is, can my TARC diploma credits be transferable to US unis?
