weird crackling sound when booting mbp i7

I just got my mbp two days ago, the first and second time when i turn on my computer, everything was fine and normal. So i restarted my computer after uninstalling some applications...suddenly i heard a loud crackling sound on the right side of the computer.

It sounded like theres a CD inside the driver (but i checked and there isn't any, and the cd driver is working too). So i tried to shut down and turn it on again..since then, whenever i start up or restart, the sound will appear. It was really irritating and i was quite bothered by it cause its still so new and already have this kind of problem. So i was wondering does anyone encountered the same problem before? i talked to apple support and they say it should not produce this sound, BUT it is considered normal ..........................

p/s: after dragging icons into the trash to uninstall them, is it okay i delete the cache files that has the same name with the applications? just wondering does this affect anything on the computer.

*worried*
