Johor consider as one of the top high standard living in Malaysia, yet our salary couldn&#39;t catch up the needs. Example, for my case, whenever I want to apply a new job in another company (in Johor) I can&#39;t get any offers which at least 10-15% increment on top of my current pay. Be it through job agency or applied directly, I will get same reaction. They claimed I&#39;m asking too much.
