Ford Focus Titanium vs Kia Forte 2.0

Looking at this 2 cars. Car mainly for city driving. Most of u would know the specs and both cars are really packed with features.

Went to showroom yesterday to see both cars.

Focus - RM6.2K discount for 2012 manufacture model. Will lose out one year value instantly. 3 years or 60K free maintenance. SA said after 3 years maintenance also charge for parts only, no labour charge. Dunno how true?? Warranty 5 years or 200K

Forte - RM1.2K discount or full body kit. K3 expected out tis 3rd quarter so value will also drop within a year. Maintenance up to 60K approx 3K. Plus point for maintenance is only service every 10K. Warranty 5 years with unlimited mileage.

So which would you prefer?

2. Replace and install new wall lamp and ceiling fan
