Ini bukan politik sudah.
Ini pasal survival.

Sekarang ni, sementara orang Sabah tengah susah cari makan, ada permainan politik yang sangat bahaya sedang jalan di belakang tabir.

Orang bilang Musa sponsor parti-parti kecil untuk pecah undi lawan Warisan.
Tapi sebenarnya… yang lebih menakutkan lagi.

Warisan bukan perlu dapat 50% pun untuk menang — lebih sikit dari 30% pun sudah boleh ambil banyak kerusi.

Tapi pihak sana pula macam mana?

GRS lawan PBS.
PBS lawan STAR.
STAR lawan UPKO.
UMNO hentam PKR dalam “gabungan” sama.
Pendek cerita — semua lawan semua.

Kacau-bilau. Betul-betul buat orang Sabah penat sudah.

Hari ini, Warisan ada 29 kerusi kuat — tidak kira sudah itu katak-katak yang khianat dengan rakyat.
Katak bukan pengundi. Katak bukan suara rakyat.

Kalau kerusi majoriti Cina kasi masuk semua 8… Warisan jadi:

29 + 8 = 37 kerusi.
Cukup mahu bentuk kerajaan.

Tapi ada satu benda semua orang Sabah mesti tahu:

37 pun tidak selamat.
37 pun masih boleh kena curi.

Sebab Artikel 6(7) — artikel yang dulu jaga pilihan rakyat — sudah dibuang.
Begitu saja.
Hilang.

Bila tiada itu 6(7), Artikel 6(3) kasi kuasa TYT lantik siapa-siapa yang dia percaya boleh “command” Dewan.
Termasuk orang yang rakyat tidak pilih.

Dan kenapa Musa sponsor semua parti nyamuk ni?
Kenapa dia letak 8 orang keluarga dia sendiri dalam empat parti berbeza?

Sebab bila cukup nyamuk, cukup katak, cukup calon yang boleh dibeli… dia boleh bentuk satu gabungan pintu belakang…

…dan lantik ahli keluarga dia sendiri jadi Ketua Menteri.

Walaupun Warisan menang 37 kerusi.
Walaupun rakyat pilih dengan jelas.
Walaupun Sabah undi dengan satu harapan.

Bayangkan kekecewaan itu.
Bayangkan orang Sabah bangun 30 November…
tapi dapat tahu undi mereka tidak bermakna.
Sejarah berulang lagi.
Pengkhianatan menang lagi.

Sebab itu Warisan mesti menang 44 kerusi atau lebih.
Supaya tiada ruang untuk manipulasi.
Tiada pintu belakang.
Tiada lagi malu untuk Sabah.

29 November bukan malam pilihan raya biasa.
Itu malam Sabah tentukan sama ada kita bangkit… atau jatuh lagi.
Sama ada anak-anak kita ada maruah… atau hidup dengan masa depan yang dicuri.

Sabah, ini masa kita.
Kita kena pertahan rumah kita.
Kita kena bersatu lebih daripada sebelum ini.
Kita kena sampaikan mesej ini kepada kawan, jiran, keluarga — semua.

Sebab kalau kita gagal kali ini…
Sabah yang rugi.

#4. Did any of you study geography? Because Gaza has no usable commercial port. How exactly were you planning to unload “aid” – by magic? By raft? By very enthusiastic handover to whom?

#5. Were you employed? Who approved two months off for this sudden seafaring pilgrimage? If your boss signed the leave, do tell us which boss – or was your employer conveniently unavailable?

#6. How did you afford this expedition? Did wealthy patrons fund your holiday or did you crowdfund the voyage from people who thought they were buying food, not PR (public relations exercise)? Please list donors or the crowdfunding link.

#7. How much food did you actually pack? A humanitarian load or a picnic or for a movie? Exact quantities or at least whether you planned for three meals a day for a month or two.

If you were honest humanitarians, answer clearly and publicly.

Say who paid for the boat.

Say who told you Gaza had a functioning port.

Say whether you knew you were breaking Malaysian law when you got on that boat.
No speeches.

Hello kawan-kawan.

Kebebasan bersuara, kebebasan berkumpul dengan rakan-rakan yang sama fikiran dan sealiran adalah hak kita.

Dalam sejarah terdekat di Kuala Lumpur - Pas terlibat dengan demonstrasi dan protes jalanan yang kecohkan keadaan.

Saya rujuk protes reformasi tahun 2000an.

Orang Pas naik bas dari entah mana dan berkerumun di Kuala Lumpur untuk kecohkan ibukota.

Sebab pada masa itu mereka suka sangat menyokong jaguh kaum Nabi Lut.

Kaum elit Mahakaya yang pegang AP atau yang jadi bos syarikat gergasi impot kereta akan Mahakaya.

Itulah dasar bumiputra juga - sejak zaman Mahazalim, Mahafiraun dan Mahakaya.

Cuma saya nak tanya sikit lah.

Population negara kita 34 juta orang.
Melayu about 17 million plus kut.
(Belum kira bumiputra Sabah dan Sarawak - dulu Hadi kata depa jenis pakai cawat).

Anyway daripada 34 juta atau 17 juta atau daripada yang pakai cawat itu agaknya berapa ramaikah tuan-tuan yang boleh dapat AP impot kereta?

What about 1.7 juta orang Melayu dapat AP. Impossible.

Ok lah lets stick with 1,700 orang Melayu akan benefit dasar bumiputra dan dapat AP impot kereta. 0.1% sahaja daripada jumlah population 17 juta Melayu.

Maksudnya baki 34 juta penduduk negara atau baki 17 juta orang Melayu akan terpaksa bayar RM95,000 untuk beli kereta Toyota yang harga sebenarnya kurang lebih RM46,000 sahaja di pasaran dunia.

Itulah maksudnya our national policies must not be interfered with.

Sekarang kereta nasional sudah tidak ada lagi.

Kereta nasional dulu hampir bungkus.

Terpaksa dijual sahamnya dengan harga besi karat kepada syarikat negeri China.

China yang control.

CEO dia orang dari negeri China.

Kereta No 2 pula kepunyaan Jepun - bukan kepunyaan kita pun. Di mana pula 'kereta nasional"?

Habis apa gunanya kekalkan dasar ekonomi bebal AP?

Jawapannya simple: untuk jaga kekayaan kaum elit Mahakaya.

Tuan-tuan orang Melayu, latest ini kontroversi lesen perlombongan (mining license).

Sekali lagi dalam population 34 juta orang Malaysia atau population 17 juta orang Melayu berapa ramai kah tuan-tuan boleh dapat lesen lombong di Pahang, Kelantan atau Sarawak bagi satu kawasan lombong tiga kali saiz Kuala Lumpur?

Lagi mudah tuan-tuan tunggu harga taik kucing menurun.

Padahal bangsa rumpun Melayu sudah berkembang dan wujud dari Madagascar ke Sri Lanka, kepulauan Cocos, Nusantara, Filipina, Taiwan, Hawaii sampai ke New Zealand - tanpa perlu kepada Sedition Act pun. Kesemuanya adalah bangsa rumpun Melayu.

Jadi kepada penganjur 26hb Julai, lets say you are successful dan korang dapat naikkan calon baru will you abolish the Sedition Act? Please answer yes or no? Answer now.

Bagaimana dengan MCMC Act yang lagi bodoh itu? Libel laws (Defamation Act) semuanya perlu digubal semula. Will you change these laws or not? Cakap terang-terang sekarang juga.

Lesen monopoli, monopoli beras, oligopoli banking, sistem ekonomi AP, sistem kroni dapat lesen lombong semuanya mesti dihapuskan. Apakah awak akan hapuskan semua dasar-dasar gagal daripada zaman Mahazalim. Mahafiraun dan Mahakaya ini?

FAM, what happened to the World Cup tickets?

Football is the world’s most popular sport with billions of followers around the world and cricket is a poor second because of the large following in the Indian subcontinent and Commonwealth countries.

Whenever big tournaments are held, legions of followers and supporters from around the world descend to the venues to watch their favourite stars in action.

As demand always outstrips supply, organisers and governing bodies make efforts to ensure that the fans, even from the smallest and remotest countries get a chance at the tickets instead of paying large sums of money to scalpers.

The governing body for football, Fifa, allocates tickets to all its 211 affiliates for the World Cup, the last of which was held in Qatar two years ago.

These tickets are meant for sale to fans in their respective countries and the quantity varies depending on various factors, including if that country qualifies for the final rounds.

Malaysia was one of the recipients of tickets but local fans never saw any of these tickets.

Instead, they had bought them online or from friends in other countries who had bigger allocations or even on the lucrative black market.

Malaysia was allocated a minimum of 250 tickets but England, which had qualified, got a bigger allocation.

A Malaysian fan who had heard about this sent messages to the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) requesting tickets but received no reply.

How the tickets allocated to the FAM meant for fans were distributed remains a mystery and no one wants to clarify.

For the past three months, I have been trying to get the FAM to explain how and to whom the tickets were sold.

It was a simple query to the FAM secretary Noor Azman Rahman: “I understand that it is a practice and policy of Fifa to allocate World Cup tickets to all its 211 affiliates and that includes the FAM.

“In this context, I would like to know how many tickets were allocated to FAM for the 2022 tournament in Qatar and if the tickets were made available to Malaysian football fans.

“If they were, I asked in a rejoinder, how was it carried out? Was there a public announcement, etc?”

Questions went unanswered

Despite several messages and reminders, Azman has not been forthcoming and has gone into silent mode despite initially saying he would respond.

The first message was on Jan 28 and the immediate response was: “Sure I will prepare the reply.”

That was the last I heard from him. Regular reminders were sent via WhatsApp with the last being on Monday, but no reply was forthcoming.

Malaysiakini has also reached out to FAM for comment but has yet to receive a response.

Why the fuss about a minimum of 250 tickets? It goes down to the core of integrity and honesty of those holding positions in sports governing bodies in every country.

In the book “Foul!”, renowned investigative journalist (the late) Andrew Jennings outlined how football officials were lining their pockets by re-selling the allocated tickets to selected travel agents.

In 2015, in what was then described as the biggest sports scandal, Swiss authorities arrested a string of officials on corruption charges in Zurich and opened criminal proceedings over the awarding of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.

The Swiss authorities seized “electronic data and documents” in a raid on Fifa headquarters. Bank documents had earlier been collected from various Swiss financial institutions.

Arrests were made on behalf of US authorities, after an FBI investigation that had been underway for at least three years. The US Department of Justice charged 14 people including nine current or former Fifa executives.

Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini, the respective presidents of Fifa and UEFA, were hit with suspensions after a recommendation from world football's ethics committee. Also suspended was former Fifa vice-president Chung Mong-joon.

Subsequent investigations resulted in the indictment of several officials - the most prominent of them being Jack Warner - who was president of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) and a Fifa executive committee member.

Warner was said to have taken all tickets allocated to Concacaf and passed them to his son, who sold World Cup travel packages from the Caribbean.

Warner fought extradition but his two sons, who held dual citizenship were arrested in the US and entered a plea-bargaining arrangement and spilled the beans.

How are these events connected with FAM and local football?

Despite its enormous wealth, FAM is partly funded by the public. As recently as January, it received RM5 million as a grant from the government.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, who announced the grant said “based on the request by the youth and sports minister, the government has agreed to add RM5 million to the FAM to manage the national football team.”

I am not in the least suggesting any wrongdoing by the FAM or its officials but there is this onerous duty to account for all their actions or inaction.

Neither am I suggesting an operation a la Warner, whereby the tickets ended up with a travel agent or a crony to be part of tour packages.

After all, the FAM is not a family business where details are made available to selected members.

It is a public body entrusted with governing football in the country and it is the organisation’s duty and responsibility to at least explain the mystery of the missing tickets.

In the governance of sports, transparency has become important, and it is the most frequently cited principle in good governance codes for national and international sports organisations.

It ought to be used as the main tool for evaluating the governance of sports organisations by the Youth and Sports Ministry and other related bodies.

I am not asking for details of the salaries and allowances paid to FAM officials.

All I want to know is what happened to the tickets meant for us. - Mkini

Abrahamic Accords Kick In By Default.

The October 7th attack against Israel by the Hamas / Muslim Brotherhood was an attempt to derail the Abrahamic Accords from being cemented. Saudi Arabia was poised to also announce their joining the Abrahamic Accords.

The Abrahamic Accords would create peace treaties between the Arab countries and Israel (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Morocco aside from Egypt and Jordan).

One of the suggestions of the Abrahamic Accords (it was stated during the presidency of Donald Trump) was that the West Bank would be "returned" to Jordan and the Gaza would be returned to Egypt.

Historically the West Bank was ruled by the Jordanian kings (Emirate of Trans Jordan, Jordan etc). From 1948 until 1967 the West bank belonged fully to Jordan.

Likewise Gaza was ruled by Egypt or Egyptian governors (Ottoman and post Ottoman period). From 1948 until 1967 the Gaza belonged fully to Egypt.

This implies a permanent solution to the 'Palestinian' problem.

The October 7th attack did appear to derail the Abrahamic Accords, or so it seemed.
But now with this missile and drone attack by Iran against Israel the Abrahamic Accords have come into play in full force even though Saudi Arabia and Jordan have not officially signed on yet.

It has now been confirmed that in Saturday's missile attack not only did Jordan completely open its airspace to the airforce's of Israel, US, UK and France but so did Saudi Arabia.

More important than that both the Jordanian and Saudi Arabian airforces sent their own fighter jets to actively pursue and shoot down the Iranian drones and missiles.

For the first time the militaries of Egypt, Jordan, Israel and Saudi Arabia were involved in joint military operations against a common enemy Iran.

This is the new Middle East that is emerging

It is also becoming clear that Saturday's attack by Iran has failed very badly.

Nothing was destroyed in Israel, no one died and unfortunately one seven year old Arab Bedouin girl was injured by debris from an Iranian missile that fell close to her home.

The Iranians did a half hearted job and made serious tactical mistakes.

They first sent up a swarm of about 150 to 200 slow flying drones (maximum speed between 150 - 180 km/hr) which all flew west towards Israel. Flying time was between 6 to 9 hours.

The drones were easily detected by Israeli and American intelligence and warnings were immediately issued to Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the US, UK and France. Middle Eastern and western media were already reporting that Iranian drones were on the way towards Israel.

When the drones crossed over into Iraqi airspace Jordanian, Saudi Arabian and possibly Israeli and US airforce jets were already patrolling the skies and waiting for them. All the drones were shot down over Iraq and Jordan. None of the drones penetrated Israeli airspace.

Likewise all the cruise missiles were also shot down mostly over Jordanian territory. The cruise missiles had a flight time of TWO HOURS between Iran and Israel. Hence they were all easily detected.

The ballistic missiles had a flying time of eight minutes between Iran and Israel. They were also shot down except seven of them which were allowed to fall harmlessly in open areas. The Arrow 2 and 3 missile defense system can detect and determine the trajectory of the ballistic missiles as they fall through the sky. If the terminal point is an open space with no threat of harm to people and buildings the missile is allowed to fall harmlessly.

Debris from one ballistic missile which fell near the home of some Arab Bedouins seriously injured a seven year old Arab girl.

"Amina, from the Bedouin town of Al-Fur'ah in southern Israel, is now in a critical condition after she was hit by shrapnel which fell on the roof of the family home at 2am, the Times of Israel reports. The young girl's brother told Haaretz how she lost consciousness and was unresponsive. Her parents then rushed her by car to Arad, before she was taken to the Soroka Medical Centre in an ambulance".

Despite shooting over 300 missiles and drones the Iranians did manage to harm one seven year old Arab Bedouin child.

Ah, but what would that bard know of mercy faced with the reckoning at the dawn of your historic reign? After all, one can truly know the measure of a society by how it treats its prisoners, and your kingdom has surely excelled in that regard.

Your Majesty’s Prison Belmarsh is located at the prestigious address of One Western Way, London, just a short foxhunt from the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich. How delightful it must be to have such an esteemed establishment bear your name.

It is here that 687 of your loyal subjects are held, supporting the United Kingdom’s record as the nation with the largest prison population in Western Europe. As your noble government has recently declared, your kingdom is currently undergoing “the biggest expansion of prison places in over a century”, with its ambitious projections showing an increase of the prison population from 82,000 to 106,000 within the next four years. Quite the legacy, indeed.

As a political prisoner, held at Your Majesty’s pleasure on behalf of an embarrassed foreign sovereign, I am honoured to reside within the walls of this world class institution. Truly, your kingdom knows no bounds.

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to feast upon the culinary delights prepared for your loyal subjects on a generous budget of two pounds per day. Savour the blended tuna heads and the ubiquitous reconstituted forms that are purportedly made from chicken. And worry not, for unlike lesser institutions such as Alcatraz or San Quentin, there is no communal dining in a mess hall. At Belmarsh, prisoners dine alone in their cells, ensuring the utmost intimacy with their meal.

Beyond the gustatory pleasures, I can assure you that Belmarsh provides ample educational opportunities for your subjects. But fear not, for there is beauty to be found within these walls. Feast your eyes upon the picturesque crows nesting in the razor wire and the hundreds of hungry rats that call Belmarsh home. And if you come in the spring, you may even catch a glimpse of the ducklings laid by wayward mallards within the prison grounds. But don’t delay, for the ravenous rats ensure their lives are fleeting.

I implore you, King Charles, to visit His Majesty’s Prison Belmarsh, for it is an honour befitting a king. Crony Capitalism and Politics Patronage

I beg to differ.

The policies are NOT going to change.

The reason is crony capitalism and the politics of patronage. This also includes KETUANAN MELAYU because political patronage, crony capitalism and KETUANAN MELAYU go hand in hand.

Dr Mahathir's policies were actually political patronage KETUANAN MELAYU policies.

Dr Mahathir actually said this : 'Instead of giving multi billiuon contracts to non Malays I might as well give it to the Malays' (or close to that effect).

He also said 'Whoever is the first to bring up a new idea for privatisation projects he will get it" (or close to that effect).

And KETUANAN MELAYU political patronage policies have remained in place through Badawi, Najib, Dr M 2.0, Muhyiddin, Sabri and up to now.

1. The protective barriers for Proton are all still in place.

First of all what exactly are the protective barriers?

It is the sum total of the unusually high import duties, import taxes, levies, APs (or whatever other camouflage they want to call it) for imported cars. These are all protective barriers. They are still in place.

Proton is now 49.9% owned by Geely. The other Malaysian owner is a long time associate of Dr Mahathir. The CEO is a Geely appointed person. Yet Proton is still protected by all the protective barriers.

As a result car prices in Malaysia are among the highest in the world

- two or more times higher than world market prices.

This is the "Proton policy" - protective barriers against imported cars. The protective barriers are not going to come down.

This is not going to change. From Dr Mahathir, Badawi, Najib until now there has been no change.

2. Another one of Dr Mahathir's damaging policies was creating government licensed monopolies. This includes the rice import monopoly - which is owned by the same fellow who holds the other portion of Proton.

The rice import monopoly has survived Dr Mahathir, Badawi, Najib, Dr M again, Muhyiddin, Sabri and the latest government. It is certainly not going to change.

And lo and behold the rice import monopoly fellow has been allowed to keep his rice import monopoly. Surprised? Dont be. The "damaging policies" created by Dr Mahathir are not going to change.

Because this is political patronage and KETUANAN MELAYU both rolled into one.

3. Toll Highways - among the more impoverishing policies from Dr Mahathir's time are the toll highways. I fully supported the creation of the national highway system.

But nobody liked the toll collection being given to an UMNO company.

Now despite the passage of 28 years there seems to be NO END to the collection of tolls on the highways - even though the original concession periods have expired.

They renew the concessions and they keep going on forever.

The toll highways have survived all the prime ministers after Dr M 1.0. There is no indication the tolls will be abolished.

3. The government banking cartel or the banking oligopoly.

This is perhaps the single most destructive and damaging policy that has been inherited from the Mahathir era - the banking oligopoly.

The main so called "anchor banks" are all controlled by the government.

They are GLCs.

The banking cartel is strictly controlled and no new entrants are allowed. The banking cartel is closely linked to KETUANAN MELAYU and political patronage.

A country with 33 million people and a GDP of over USD370 billion (RM1.6 Trillion) has only a handful of licensed banks to provide financial services.

4. Numerous other government licensed or government owned monopolies.

There are numerous other government granted monopolies and oligopolies in Malaysia. There are only FOUR supply bases allowed in Malaysia and all four MUST be bumiputra owned. This also includes government owned.

There are only FOUR licenses issued to process gaharu wood.

There is only one power utility in Malaysia. From January 2023 they raised the power tariff, for medium and high voltage industry users, by a whopping 20 sen per kWh (between 50% - 66% increase).

There is only one monopoly allowed to calibrate weighing machines throughout the country.

There is only one monopoly that services and maintains all government vehicles.

There is only one land-line telephone services provider.

There is only one satellite TV provider (now losing market share to Streamyx, YouTube etc).

There is only one digital broadcast services provider (the same fellow with the rice and the car).

There is one fellow with the 5G spectrum license (the same fellow again).

Most of these very damaging monopolies were created by Dr Mahathir but not surprisingly at all these damaging policies have survived after Dr Mahathir until today. These damaging policies will not change.

5. The Education system is rotten to the core.

This is another set of damaging policies inherited from Dr Mahathir. There will be no non Malay VCs appointed to any of the government universities. This has been the policy from Dr Mahathir through Badawi, ding dong, ding bat, until today. This policy will not change. Never mind the kids become dumber after going through school.

6. The mystery over the abduction and disappearance of Pastor Koh, Amri Che Mat, Pastor Hilmy and his wife Ruth will not be solved. From Najib, Dr M 2.0, Muhyiddin, Sabri and now - the mystery will remain unsolved.

The mystery over the mass graves found at [Klian Intan] under Najib's tenure will also not be solved or the files reopened. After Najib through Dr M 2.0, Muhyiddin, Sabri and the latest incumbent this case too will remain as it is.

These cases are too 'sensitive' which can possibly implicate too many people. So they will remain unsolved.

Yes Dr Mahathir created many of the damaging policies.

However Badawi did not change them. Why not?
Najib did not change them. Why not?
Dr M 2.0 certainly did not change them. Why not?
Muhyiddin did not change them. Why not?
Sabri did not change them. Why not?
Do you honestly think the present fellow will change them?
Not likely at all. Why not?

So what will happen? The government will keep getting kicked out.

Because the people will see no tangible improvement in their lives or tangible improvement in the way the country is run.

For the information of the KETUANAN MELAYU people, listen carefully. Many Malay voters DO NOT like what you like. That is why NONE of the so called MALAY BASED parties won a solid majority in GE15. Or even in GE14.

So what will happen? The government will keep getting kicked out.

As long as those "damaging policies" from Dr Mahathir's time are not thrown into the garbage bin, whichever government that keeps those same policies will be voted out.

For example this government has decided to keep intact the monopolies and oligopolies created under Dr Mahathir. Including the high car prices and the never ending tolls.

So lets see how long this government will last.
