Looking for suggestion in extraction method

Hi guys.

Currently I'm doing my final year project and I've been thinking about method in doing plant extraction.

Hopefully someone can suggest few methods that are suitable for plant's extraction for in vitro test.

I'll be using blood in order to test the activity of neutrophils and lymphocytes when being exposed to the plant extraction.

Windows 32bit to 64bit

Hi guys.

Let me straight to the point, I wanna change my windows 32bit to 64bit.
But I'm not really good when it comes to this kind of thing.
So I would like an opinion for it.

My current spec:-
Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
Intel core i5 2500k
Motherboard Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z/Gen3
Graphic cars Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti.

1) Do I just only need to format my pc from 32bit to 64bit only? Will it be compatible with my current system.

2) I was thinking on upgrading my processor from i5 to i7.
Will it be ok with my current system?

Hopefully I can get the best decision for this problems and if you guys can suggest any better moves, I will appreciate it.

If it is not too much for asking, hopefully I can get an estimation price for this.

Motherboard Overheat

Currently having a problem with my motherboard. It says my motherboard is overheating and suddenly all my game that I'm able to play before is starting to show lagged.
Is there any ways I can solve this matter? I'm currently using Maximus IV and never accouter any problem before.

My Honda Sv4 is suddenly having problem with it sensor.
The speedometer and the rpm meter is moving up and down plus the D4 light also blinking.

Let' go straight to the point, I'm here are currently having a difficulties in choosing the program for my degree courses. Those courses are Bac. in Biotecnology, Bac. of Forensic Science (in chemistry or biology) and Bac. in Medical Laboratory Science.

Opinion on furthering my study in medic

Peace upon all of you guys.

Just wanna ask those who have experiences on doing medic at Indonesia and India.

Ok let me get straight to the point, I want to further my study in medic at Indonesia or maybe india. My questions are:

1) Which one is better, India or Indonesia?

2) I've heard in order to further study in medic field at Indonesia, you have to sit for the entrance examination first and then from there you will be selected to the universities of your choice. Any tips for that entrance examination?

3) For Indonesia you have to sit for entrance examination in order to secure your place in doing medic, how about India then?

4) I have a few of agents in my mind and hope you guys can give me an opinion which one should I choose and which one should I avoid. I knew few agents that I shouldn't contact such as MedicEd and Medic Prolink.
This are the agents that I think I am going to called soon KLC Placement and GMN and another one Nugrahan.

5) Any agents that anyone here knew that can give good services and really care regarding their student that thet sent abroad? Please kindly share it here with me.

Well here's the situations guys, I wanna sing a song for my gf for her upcoming birthday.
So I wanna make a minus one song from a song which already has a singer singing it.
The music is pretty simple just using a guitar only not a complex music.

1) So what a software that i can use to remove the singer's voice and adding mine?
Coz i dunno how to play guitar .

Ok guys at last I have some budget to upgrade my pc but need an opinion from all of the experts within this forum.

Im using Acer Aspire M3800 and I wanna upgrade my pc in order to enjoy the latest game such as Dragon Age 2, Dead Space 2, Elder Scroll Skyrim and those all new games to its max performance.

So this is what I'm thinking Im gonna buy GTX 460 + Saga+ 450W in order to upgrade my pc.

With the combination of both items can I enjoy my listed game up there to its full capacity?

I have an Aspire M3800 pc model.

I wanna change my graphic card. But when I want to buy graphic card at the forum.

The seller told me that GF9800 is not compaatible with my pc psu.

So im really glad if someone can help me in solving my psu problem si it can be compatible with GF9800.
