Medical Checkup

Guys, mind helping me out? I did a medical checkup at one of Company A's panel. Suddenly I got another offer from Company B and decided to move on with Company B.

However, Company B insist that I have to do another medical checkup at its own panel.

My question is, wouldn't there be any risk of doing medical checkup too often since I heard that we can only xray our chest once in 3 months.

Plus, Company's A panel refused to give me my xray and medical checkup information. They said they can only give under the consent of Company A. I told them I'm gonna pay for the checkup that I did earlier since I rejected Company A's offer, but the doctor still says no.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
