Hi all, it has been months or may be years since people started talking about Pessimistic Property Market.

And since beginning of the year, news about bad economy start popping out.

And today's newspaper talk about this year as the Employer's Market.

With all these as background, what's the opportunity that you see?

What's your prediction for the near future on property market? and thus the opportunity.

Hi there. I do not know if this is the right place for this topic.

Please direct me to the proper location if it is not.

I wish to know about the general opinion as well as the facts about GST and property.

As I know more about Nissan Sentra and Proton Waja, I would appreciate if I could be guided and advised on the performance and issues pertaining to Hyundai Sonata 2.0L.

Anybody experienced in auction can share with me how property auction works?

My understanding towards property auction is very limited. I understand that we need to prepare the downpayment during the auction day itself and the successful bidder would need to pay the downpayment on the spot. And the auction is being carried at a premise advertised.

Instead of asking lots of questions which might not be relevant, I ask for the guidance from those who is experience in this matter to share.

Transfer of name for the property

Dear Friends,

For those who applies loan from the bank to buy their property, the title is charged under the name of the bank until you have fully settled the whole amount of the loan(plus interest).

The question here is when did you instruct or engage the lawyer to remove the charge and transfer the property to your name.

What is the consequence if we delay in doing this?

What is the timing for all these works?
