Should I buy a second hand ford fiesta LX 1.6?

Was thinking of buying a 2012 manufactured ford fiesta LX 1.6. The resale value seems so low. On carlist only selling for RM22k.
Just wondering what is the reason and are there any common problems encountered by previous owners?
Wanted to get a second hand polo tsi but heard of the DSG gearbox problems and decided against it.
Wondering if the Ford Fiesta LX 1.6 face the same problem. Any advice will be well appreciated.

With a budget of less than RM25k, do you think it's a good buy for second hand car? Thanks.
