how to apply business license? (* i heared somebody told me call the runner do it instead of me, can i do that)

how to start the business? (*should i set up every things including rent a shop, equipment completely before apply license?) or apply license first before i go set up?)

Hello everyone, i would like to ask about car loan, here is my information.

salary = RM1840 (hasn't deduct my EPF yet)

Intend to loan = RM50,000 (for 108 months (9years)

Car: Toyota vios (RM57,000.00) - Deposit RM 7,000.00 =RM50,000,00 left

Guarantor : NO ONE WILLING DO MY GUARANTOR

*already informed my boss as they wiling to make fake bill like (extra allowance *commission =RM1000 but no bill receipt

my computer unable access to facebook, fortuately, other websites can access faster. i dont know what happen with my computer as this is use for bussines. Once, i try close firewall , antivirus even java also but still cannot access facebook. No matter google chrome, internet explorer, mozilla failed access. I setting my security interent to low and accept all cookies but failed too. i follow member provide solution to do, change dns to 208 67 220 220 and 208 67 222 222 while i access failed too. anyone can help me fix the problem?
