Hi guys, i've been looking around for a bike for some time now and i found a used 2013 ninja 250 that i am very interested in getting. i just need some advice on the whole process if anyone been through this before. i am a totally clueless about purchasing used vehicles. I am a new rider and this would be my first bike. the ninja 250 is priced around 14-15k.

1) Loan - im planning to get a loan (probably from AEON), should i try applying for it first so that i know whats my budget before negotiating for the bike?

2) Changing names - what is the process of this? Does the owner and new owner (me) need to go to JPJ to get this done?

3) Insurance and roadtax - Upon purchasing the bike, is the insurance and roadtax carried over to my name or do i have to purchase a whole new insurance policy for it?

would appreciate your help on this guys!
