Unable to pull up lower menu when ANY apps opened

i need help
my vivo v5 suddenly unable to pull up the lower menu when i open no matter what apps..
any idea what is the problem? software or setting?
i dont know the exact term for the lower part menu that can be pulled up, google and cant get the solution..HELP (

update: tried restart a few times but the problem stil occur

too many brand like Polo, Popo, Oto etc...
which one better? i would like to purchase Popo with timer but not sure whether its good or not...need feedback from u guys..TQ

black & white spots on projected image

cant figure out why the projector project out images with black & white spots..
