Revving Problem in my manual Kelisa

Hi there guys, not sure if this is the right subforum for me to post in, but I just need a few opinions on my 2004 Kelisa's problem.

As what the description states, whenever I coast in neutral while the airconditioning is on, I noticed that the engine revs quite a bit, around 1.5 to 1.8 or something like that. However, when I turn off the airconditioning system, and coast on neutral, the revving is gone, something around 1 to 1.1, which is what it should normally be.

For example, let's say i'm going downhill or nearing a red light, I'll shift down to neutral to coast along. If my airconditioning is on, it revs by itself. If I coast without aircond, it stays at 1 to 1.1 something, which is what I would consider as normal. Is anyone familiar with this bizarre hiccup? If so, what's the culprit?
